When we began to analyze the sixth grade textbooks, we realized that our Boxing Qingdao edition textbooks have just been used in the fifth grade, which means that in Boxing, the textbooks and teaching books of the sixth grade cannot be borrowed. The 12 teachers of the training team all come from the front line of teaching. They have rich teaching experience and teaching theories to ensure the quality and effectiveness of the training. Under the leadership of Director Han, each of the twelve teachers has a division of labor, due diligence, solidarity and unity, and the strength of the team has been fully demonstrated in this training event.

In order to ensure the high quality of this summer training, our national mathematics training team members specially studied the training content of the course. After several days of discussion and continuous adjustment, the training content of the course was finally determined. The main content of the conference is aimed at the analysis of the textbooks of the 12 textbooks of the first and sixth grades of mathematics of small and medium-sized mathematics. The mode of group discussion learning gives the right to speak to the members of each group. There are more than 500 teachers in the county. We divided 15 groups according to townships and counties, and each group has a team leader. The training team members are responsible for determining the topic of the day's discussion, and the afternoon of each day is the time for group discussions. In the classroom, the teachers are thinking and concentrating on each other. Sometimes every teacher is very active in this kind of strong learning atmosphere and achieves good learning results.
