When we began to analyze the sixth grade textbooks, we realized that our Boxing Qingdao edition textbooks have just been used in the fifth grade, which means that in Boxing, the textbooks and teaching books of the sixth grade cannot be borrowed. In order to ensure the high quality of this summer training, our national mathematics training team members specially studied the training content of the course. After several days of discussion and continuous adjustment, the training content of the course was finally determined. The mode of group discussion learning gives the right to speak to the members of each group. There are more than 500 teachers in the county. We divided 15 groups according to townships and counties, and each group has a team leader. The training team members are responsible for determining the topic of the day's discussion, and the afternoon of each day is the time for group discussions. In the classroom, the teachers are thinking and concentrating on each other. Sometimes every teacher is very active in this kind of strong learning atmosphere and achieves good learning results.
