County Food and Drug Administration's work on centralized education and rectification activities

In accordance with the arrangements of the County Commission for Discipline Inspection, on May 25th, the Bureau launched a centralized education and rectification campaign with the establishment of a correct view of rights and strict discipline according to law. In this activity, we closely focused on “finding the right issues”. In light of the contents of the "six clean-ups", we will closely contact the actual situation of the bureau, organize all cadres and workers to seriously carry out study, and deeply find out the problems of violation of laws and regulations. In the recent month of concentrated education and rectification activities, the SIPO has made efforts to achieve extensive and in-depth mobilization, to find out the problems accurately and comprehensively, to analyze the reasons thoroughly and thoroughly, and to rectify and construct the system strictly and efficiently. Through a series of activities, I received good results. The work development of my unit is summarized as follows:

First, establish an organization and carefully deploy it. In order to ensure the effectiveness of the centralized education and rectification activities, the bureau set up a leading group for centralized education and rectification activities. According to the requirements of the County Commission for Discipline Inspection and the actual situation of the bureau, the leading group has formulated a specific implementation plan, which laid a solid foundation for the smooth progress of the education and rectification activities.

Second, study hard and change concepts. Our bureau organizes all personnel to conscientiously study Deng Xiaoping Theory and the important thinking of the "Three Represents", establish a correct outlook on life, interests, and rights, and firmly establish the awareness of law enforcement for the people. In addition, he also carefully studied the "Administrative Licensing Law" and the laws and regulations on drug supervision and management, re-familiar with the provisions of the drug supervision administrative punishment program, and improved the ability to conduct administration according to law. In the process of learning, we have strengthened the "five combinations" by combining the activities of intensive education with strengthening organizational leadership and establishing a sound and effective work guarantee mechanism to ensure that all work is implemented; and strengthening the building of leading bodies, We will build a leading group of leaders of our bureau; combine with strengthening team building to improve the administrative level of law enforcement personnel; strengthen the work of building the party style and political style, do a good job in combating corruption and promoting honesty, and consciously accept the evaluation and supervision of the people; In combination with doing a good job in drug supervision, we will further enhance the sense of administration according to law and improve the effectiveness of drug supervision. Our bureau insists on the combination of concentrated learning and self-study, systematic learning and special counseling, and the combination of discussion and personal writing experience, and improve the learning effect.

Third, strict standards and comprehensive clean-up. On the basis of strengthening study and education, unifying our thinking and understanding, we have carried out a comprehensive clean-up of the law enforcement and complaints acceptance of the bureau. According to the contents of the "six clean-ups" of the County Commission for Discipline Inspection, the inspections were carried out item by item. After inspection, the bureau has not punished improper punishment, long-term punishment, violating procedures, and making false files. There is no fee for the Bureau. Since the implementation of the new Drug Administration Law on December 1, 2002, the Office has strictly complied with the law and has never charged any fees. The full amount of fines and penalties will be turned over to the finances in a timely manner, and there is no misappropriation. Through the return visits of some of the relatives involved in the case management, the parties indicated that the law enforcement officers of the bureau handled the case strictly according to law, and there was no phenomenon of arbitrary fines, arbitrary charges and eating and getting cards. The bureau attaches great importance to complaints and reports from the public. For each reported case, it has to do the case and must check it. Some reports must be made and feedback to the parties in a timely manner. After the inspection, no backlog of complaints was found. The parties concerned expressed satisfaction with the cases they have handled. Since last year, the Office has not received any reports on the personnel of this unit. After examining the law enforcement team, it was found that all the law enforcement officers of the bureau were national civil servants, and they had obtained law enforcement qualifications through training and examinations. After clearing up the various income and expenditure expenses, it was found that all funds of the Office were drawn from the higher level of finance, and the business expenses, wages and welfare expenditures were in compliance with financial regulations.

Fourth, establish a chapter to establish a system to prevent problems. In the process of cleaning up and inspecting, although we did not find any violations of law and discipline, we also realized that there are many unfinished areas in our daily work. In the case of handling drug violations, although there is no obvious violation of the law, there are more or less penalties, such as interference with human and external relations. Therefore, in response to this problem, the SIPO further improved the case collegion system and established a case hearing committee. The decision on the punishment of major cases was decided by collective discussion, thus effectively solving the occurrence of the human case and the relationship case. In addition, in order to prevent the occurrence of the phenomenon of eating and taking cards, the bureau has also formulated the "Regulations on Integrity and Enforcement", strengthened internal supervision and control, standardized law enforcement behaviors, and effectively supervised and supervised drug work in accordance with the law, scientific and fair, clean and efficient. ,Code of Conduct.

Fifth, the transformation of style of work has achieved remarkable results. Through nearly one month of study and rectification, the mental outlook of our cadres and workers has been greatly improved. The sense of purpose, the sense of administration according to law, and the awareness of service at the grassroots level have been significantly enhanced. The work style has been improved, work efficiency has been improved, and new work has been brought to the work of the government. .
