Unconsciously, this year's teaching work has come to an end. In the past semester, I worked as an English teacher . In the teaching work, I deeply understand the important tasks that I shoulder, carefully study new educational concepts, and thoroughly study new teaching methods, and always aim to improve students' language skills and lay the foundation for students' future language development. In one semester's efforts, while gaining some teaching experience, I also deeply realized that there are still many places in the teaching that need to be improved and improved.

Teaching and learning is that teaching and learning are interrelated and inseparable. As we all know, in order to effectively implement the requirements of quality education, teachers must carry out classroom teaching with students as the main body, and provide real context and creative opportunities for the use of students' language. Therefore, understanding and carefully analyzing the situation of students, targeted English teaching is crucial to the success of teaching . Therefore, in preparing for class, I strive to combine the objectives of the textbook with the actual situation of the students and seriously consider the teaching methods and means that are most suitable for the students. The ability of rural students to listen and speak English is relatively weak. When I teach, I try to make the abstract problem concrete and boring problem interesting, try my best to improve students' interest in learning English, and boldly try to teach at different levels in teaching practice. The needs of the level of students. Understand and analyze the actual situation of students, seek truth from facts, analyze specific problems, and whether they can teach students in accordance with their aptitudes, which has a direct impact on the effectiveness of classroom teaching . This is the "required students at the same time as the teaching method" mentioned in the education. I personally experienced this in my teaching practice.

Practice has proved that teachers should not only prepare lessons fully and effectively mobilize the enthusiasm of students, but also have the ability to control the classroom, because students' every move in the classroom will directly affect classroom teaching . Therefore, it is necessary to try to get students to invest in class and not to distract them. This is very particular. The content of the class is rich in reality, natural in teaching, and the lectures are lively, difficult, moderate, and full of care, which naturally attracts students. English is a foreign language. It is both strange and difficult for students. In such a big environment, to teach English well, students should love English and make them interested in English. Therefore, I have taken some measures, such as telling as much as possible about the cultural knowledge and life stories of British and American families, helping students learn English by using the Internet and providing them with motivation and passion for learning English.

Students will inevitably experience polarization in their studies, and the expansion of the students will seriously affect the learning atmosphere in the class. I have not ignored this phenomenon in daily teaching . To this end, I have developed specific plans and goals, and I use my spare time to provide counseling for these students.

When I was reading early, I insisted on getting off work to understand the situation of early reading, and found that the problem was corrected in time. After the class, I found that the student's homework problem was solved in time, and it was clearly explained in time to allow students to digest immediately. In addition, some unconscious students also take reciting methods to improve their language skills.

The midterm and final exams examine the learning outcomes of each student during the semester and should be taken seriously. Before the exam, I led the students to a systematic review, and after the exam, the results were summarized and analyzed. In addition, it is also found that students' language skills are not strong enough. Therefore, in the future teaching , I should strengthen the training of students in this aspect, and strive to make students learn and master easily. The test results prove that proper counseling for poor students can greatly help the overall development of the class.

I understand that the teaching results I have achieved this semester are not the most important. What is important is how to improve myself after the semester and how to improve the English skills of the two classes. Therefore, no matter how hard, I will continue to work hard, ask more questions, think more, and exchange work experience with other teachers.
