Teaching and educating people is a comprehensive art that shapes the soul. Seeing how happy the children are as a teacher, how happy I am to be a teacher. First, teaching work

My physical education is mainly summarized from three points. Develop students' methods of scientific exercise in the teaching process. Secondly, I pay special attention to the cultivation of human cognitive rules in the teaching process. In this way, students can learn technology and form skills as soon as possible, so that physical education teachers can truly achieve intensive teaching and practice, laying the foundation for the teaching methods and organizational methods of physical education research and science. Finally, I pay special attention to the students' ideological education in teaching , and use the characteristics of physical education materials combined with specific content to educate students. Cultivate students' consciousness, organization, discipline, collective honor, not afraid of suffering, not afraid of tired, brave and tenacious spirit. The organic combination of these three points will make the physical education work play a multiplier role.

Second, inter-class work

At the beginning of the school, I focused on broadcasting exercises. Because students go through a summer vacation and are somewhat unfamiliar with the radio exercises. If they do not pay close attention to review, once students develop bad habits, it will be difficult to correct them. Therefore, I mainly teach the broadcasting exercises through the following points. First, strengthen the ideological education of students, so that students truly recognize the importance and necessity of doing exercises, and cultivate students' good habits of paying attention to exercise, consciously doing exercises, insisting on doing exercises, and earnestly doing exercises. Second, physical education teachers should use the demonstration correctly. Demonstration is one of the main teaching methods of physical education . Through demonstration, students can establish correct action representations. Therefore, teachers are required to demonstrate clearly, accurately, standardizedly and gracefully. Third, the explanation should be less and more refined. My explanation in the teaching of broadcasting exercises is mainly to combine my demonstration actions to let students deepen their understanding of movements. Fourth, the password should be clear, loud, and accurate. Fifth, correct the wrong action in a timely manner. In addition, in the process of broadcasting teaching , the leaders and other class teachers also received strong support. Therefore, the quality of the broadcasting practice in my school has been greatly improved in a short period of time. It has been well received by everyone, which is inseparable from the joint efforts of all teachers.

Third, training work

I am able to lead students to amateur training for a long time, and to train, plan, test, test, and lead the student's scientific system. In the training time, in order not to delay the study of students, I wait until the sun sets and the sky is dark before I can go home. In the training process, I strive to do the work of students and parents so that parents can train students so that they can train with peace of mind. In the work of students and parents, the leaders and teachers of the class teacher also did a lot of work for me and supported my training work.
