1. Implementing the peasant burden policy does not take a ride. At the beginning of the year, according to the spirit of the central archives and the peasant burden policy stipulated by the higher authorities, we resolutely canceled the collection of agricultural taxes and labor funds, carefully prepared the fee collection plan, and submitted it to the county to reduce the peasant burden office for approval, and timely decomposed into the village. Use the microcomputer to test and print the plan in time, and print it to the household to achieve uniform specifications. For the issuance of the peasant burden supervision card, we have completed the centralized filling, the household seal, and issued a total of 22,197 peasant burden supervision cards, accounting for 99.8% of the total number of cards issued, and the stamping rate of households reached 97%.
