3. Writing ability needs to be improved. In the usual work, I did not realize the importance of propaganda and lack of sensitivity to news. In some major events held in towns and villages, we should also strengthen the role of propaganda and promotion.

5. Work plan for 2019

In the new year, I will assist the two village committees to take the village economic construction as the center, take the village stability as the premise, take the rich villagers as the starting point and the foothold, and practice the scientific development concept to promote the village construction.
