Village official rural grassroots work summary

It has been half a year since I came to Wujiapu to work in rural grassroots. I have learned a lot in the past six months and have gained a lot. Through the introduction of the village committee members and visits to the villagers and daily work, they first had a systematic understanding of the village of Xinzhuang Village.

Xinzhuang Village is located in the northwest of Wujiabao Town, north of Jiqi Road, west of the Yellow River Dam, and 6.8 kilometers away from Wujiabao Town Government.

Under the leadership of the village branch secretary and the village committee director, the two committees of the Xinzhuang Village united the two committees and successfully completed the tasks assigned by the superiors. There are 5 people in the two committees, including 3 village committees, 3 village party branches, 1 part-time job, and 2 comrades in charge of finance and women's work. The village has 560 people and 150 households.

The total land area of ​​the village is about 1,100 mu, including villages and roads, covering an area of ​​about 550 mu and 550 mu of cultivated land.

The village party branch consists of three members, one secretary, one deputy secretary, and one branch member. As a university student village official, under the guidance of the scientific development concept, under the guidance of the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the Seventeenth Central Committee, we carefully assisted the grassroots party organizations in the village to do a good job in learning and practicing the scientific development concept and achieved good results.

First, strengthen rural grassroots party building work. In this study and practice, Xinzhuang Village vigorously promoted the building of inner-party democracy. The establishment of a democratic decision-making system of "four arguments, two votes, two openness", all major decisions involving the village, major project arrangements and the use of large amounts of funds must be strictly in accordance with the proposal of the party branch, the "two committees" of the village, the deliberation of the party members meeting, The democratic decision-making procedure of the resolution of the villagers was carried out. In addition, according to the requirements of “sound organization, perfect system, in place, responsibility, and public opinion”, the two village committees accelerate the institutionalization, standardization and stylization of democratic management, and standardize the time, content, methods and procedures for village affairs disclosure. Standardize the operation of village affairs with rules and regulations, promote the democratization process of village-level affairs management, and realize the open and transparent contents of village affairs, affairs, party affairs, finance and honesty and self-discipline.

Secondly, carry out the activities of “doing practical things, solving people's worries, and sending warmth”. The core of the scientific concept of development is people-oriented. Engage in research, do a good job in theoretical study and discussion

So far, I have learned and studied the main topic of "the problem of the transfer of land contractual management rights". I have already determined the research perspective. By consulting and discussing with the guidance professor, I have identified the topic of my sub-topic as " Rural Land Contracting". Performance Research on the Transfer of Management Rights. I found the corresponding bibliography, initially constructed the structure framework of the paper, and completed the writing of the opening report. Participated in the completion of the survey and statistics work of the main subject of the working group. In the past six months, I have realized the complexity and difficulties of rural work, and I have also felt the simplicity and enthusiasm of the villagers. I will be stricter in asking myself and make persistent efforts to make my job more excellent and complete. In the new year, I intend to carry out my work in the following areas:

First of all, the activities of learning and practicing the scientific development concept will continue to be carried out earnestly. At present, the learning and practice activities of our village have reached the end of the second stage of the analysis and inspection stage.
