Fourth, the existing shortcomings

Looking back on my work for a year, although I have achieved some results, there are still many shortcomings that need to be continuously improved in future work.

1. Insufficient understanding. Just stepping into the job, lack of social practice, lack of understanding of the mind, often encounter knowledge in the classroom that can't be learned in the classroom. Many things have to be experienced by themselves. They can't talk on the paper and stay on the verbal. Only by applying various ideas to practice and raising sensible things into rational things can we identify the truth of things and improve our understanding.

2, the method is not good. Due to the lack of social practice, life experience is less, and the methods of handling things are relatively simple. Sometimes, I don’t dare to make up my mind to practice, I am hesitant about some things, and I can’t solve things well.

3. Ability needs to be improved. The situation in the village is more complicated, many things have not been touched, and the lack of ideological understanding, the lack of working methods, and the lack of social practice experience often only consider the side of the matter when dealing with complex issues, resulting in the result of the treatment and the desire There are differences in the results. Sometimes too much pursuit of perfection for a certain thing, ignoring some factors, often small defects, did not achieve the expected results.

2019 work plan

The main work is carried out in two projects: Zunlong Aquaculture and Zunlong Beef Breeding Cooperative. Grasping the advantages of local characteristics, Weishan Lake is rich in aquatic resources, and one side has characteristics of water and soil. Therefore, it is committed to enhancing the Weishan Lake effect and making brand features.

Zunlong Aquatic Cooperative launched the first step of the first project to find a breakthrough. After a lot of research and visits in the villages along the lake in Liguo Town, I chose to carry out the duck egg processing project, which is now collected from the farmers, processed in the cooperative, and packaged in gift boxes. Wait for the upgrade. The gift boxes and brand trademarks are all designed by myself. Now they are processed in the carton factory, and the first batch of 5,000 boxes is produced. Mainly fresh duck eggs. Conduct market sales attempts. Then apply for food quality certification, set up a company, design a website, etc. This plan has been approved by the secretary, and then purchase vacuum machine, high temperature sterilization machine and other equipment for vacuum duck egg processing. The construction site of the processing plant is negotiating with the villagers. Promote products to supermarkets and online sales.

Zunlong beef cattle breeding professional cooperatives, through many months of visits and research and practice, have a certain understanding of domestic beef cattle breeds, origin, market, breeding processing, consumption habits, etc. and master a set of cattle. The construction of the beef cattle breeding project was started. The base covers an area of ​​50 mu, 10 cattle houses, and feed machines and lawn mowers are fully equipped.

Cooperative development ideas: In the first year of the big household + village official + base business ideas, I will fund the cooperation with the large breeding households, we will invest in the construction of the site, buy beef cattle, provide feed, personnel wages and other funds, raise large households to raise technology, management, farming , training staff, sales, etc. Through the lead demonstration, the public is encouraged about the feasibility of beef cattle breeding. The base staff of 20 people, all of whom are villagers, through free technical counseling, enable them to master the technology of beef cattle breeding.

In the second year, the company + farmer's business ideas, the establishment of beef cattle breeding company, corporate management, providing technical training, site breeding, sales integration, unified management of the association's operations, unified members of the shares, the implementation of joint-stock management.

The work in 2019 was busy and full, thanks to the care of the organization department and the support of colleagues at all levels.
