Just arrived here, maybe you are all very strange, why college students do not stay in the city, they have to go to the countryside to become the so-called village officials. What I want to say is because I have a deep attachment to this hot land in my hometown and I am deeply attached to the values ​​of life I am pursuing. Since I came here, I have been asking myself, what do I have to do in Xiaoyuesi Township? What do I have to do in Bianzhang Village? what should I do? These three questions often surface in my mind. After four months of work, I have strengthened my choice and confidence. I am determined to adjust my mentality. In the actual work, I am constantly adapting to the rural work. In the extensive contact with the village cadres and the villagers, I gradually become familiar with the village public opinion in the village of Zhangjiacun in my work in the Economic Development Office.

The Zhangcun Village where I am located is located one kilometer east of Xiaoyuesi Township. There are 9 groups, more than 400 households and 2,400 people. The main crops are corn and wheat; pig breeding and vegetable planting are better developed; enter the field and talk with the villagers to listen carefully to their ideas, suggestions and requirements. When I first arrived at the village, in order to get used to the environment as soon as possible and familiar with the work, in addition to the names and names of people who died here according to the information, I had the opportunity to follow the village leaders and the villagers. Since this time, I have actively participated in village work in Murakami. From participating in the investigation and registration of livestock and poultry farming with the secretary, to view the appearance of the village, from the village cadre election and handling village work to participating in the promotion of new rural cooperative medical care. In my practice, I have gained a deeper understanding of the necessity of building a new countryside and the importance of paying attention to the issue of agriculture, rural areas and farmers.

Especially in the process of collecting new rural cooperative medical expenses, I was fortunate to follow the village cadres to the various groups. This gives me a chance to understand and contact the actual living conditions of the peasants at a distance. A considerable number of people are not very clear about the reimbursement procedures of the new cooperative medical care, which is easy to misunderstand. After the patient's patient explanation and publicity, A lot of villagers are also actively participating in the insurance, which makes me more aware of the need for new cooperative medical propaganda.

Second, look more, ask more, do more.

Through this period of work, I have become more aware that for me, rural work is an almost completely unfamiliar field of work, and I have no experience and experience to learn from. Only by insisting on seeing more, asking more questions, doing more work, constantly exploring the work path, and constantly summing up the work and gains, can we gradually grow into a qualified university student village official.

First, look at it. “Village Assistant” is a village committee staff member. For the handling of daily problems, in addition to the "early face-to-face" of the village director, more needs to be observed by yourself. For example, how to communicate with the villagers on how to deal with new types of cooperative medical care in rural areas , how to explain the villagers, and what kind of policies or examples to cite. "Looking more" also requires us to be familiar with the various policies and guidelines of the rural areas , so that we can explain the relevant issues to the villagers in a way that is compliant and legal, and reflects the authority of the work and improves Work efficiency.

Second, ask more. Unlike rural areas , “the whole village is a family” is a typical feature. This makes it impossible for us to deal with problems simply by “just talking about things”. We should ask the village branch secretary and director, ask the other staff of the village committee, and try to fully understand the relevant background information to avoid the work style that is easy to draw conclusions. The problem is difficult to solve.

Again, do more. The rural areas are the most basic organizations, and the grassroots cadres are doing the most concrete, detailed and cumbersome work. In order to avoid becoming a "language giant, a dwarf in action", doing more and helping more is the only key to unlocking the work situation. Whether it is to assist the village committee to adjust villagers' conflicts, handle village affairs, or assist the director to compile materials, organize files, and even clean, we should take it seriously and finish it beautifully. Third, recognize the shortcomings and be proactive.

First, it is not enough to grasp the working hours. I am completely new to me. I need to learn a lot of work in the village committee. In the future work, I will learn to arrange my time and try to be active.

The second is to actively carry out professional training and implementation of technical assistance systems for farmers. First of all, I have made a big impact on the breeding industry in Bianzhang Village. There are six large-scale farms in the village, and there are more than 200 farmers, which have a good breeding foundation. So I visited some of the farmers to understand their current situation and their future development. I learned that with the increase in prices in the past few years, the cost of breeding has also increased. The key is coupled with the stagnation of diseases in recent years. The profit of farming has not been optimistic, and even lost money. Farmers have pains that cannot be said. Some even want to give up. However, according to the return visit, if there is technology, the farmers are still full of expectations for the aquaculture industry.

So I went deep into some of the farmer's homes and went to the farm to understand the situation. I first restored the farming confidence of the farmers, and then explained the farming knowledge to them, so that they can truly understand blue ear disease, ring virus disease, swine fever, etc. Diseases make them realize that they are not terrible. As long as we do a good job in the farm environment, do a good job in epidemic prevention and disinfection, adhere to the concept of self-supporting, self-supporting, and all-in, all will be able to resist disease risks.

Actively contact with experts and professors of Zhengzhou Animal Husbandry, Henan Agricultural University and other schools, carry out school-village cooperation, actively carry out breeding knowledge lectures, and provide professional training for farmers to improve their resistance to aquaculture risks.

Strengthen cooperation with well-known enterprises such as Henan Shangdu Group, Tangrenshen Group, Henan Biyuntian Group, and implement direct sales of raw material factories to reduce farming costs and increase economic profits. The current border village farming industry is booming.

Fourth, actively participate in the election work, as a logistics force for election work. Shortly after arriving at the village, the triennial election of the village community began. Every day, he was busy with the election meeting, such as preparing various materials for the election, setting up the venue, calling the villagers to vote, etc. The election meeting was successfully held.

5. Participate in the party members' meeting and the villagers' congress in the village, listen carefully to the opinions and suggestions of the villagers; and make a record to understand the dynamics and ideas of the villagers.

I always believe that as a "college student village official", since I have come to the grassroots level, I must have the confidence and determination to do practical things for the people.
