Second, rural work

After arriving at the village, with the help and care of the leaders of the village committee, I studied with humility, conducted on-the-spot investigations, learned about the basic situation of our village as soon as possible, and laid the foundation for better work. In the past six months, I have assisted Secretary Li Chuanqing with the following tasks with my meager ability:

1. Do a good job in the employment of the villagers in this village, especially the employment of college graduates this year. I went to Stone Village in August, just as the college graduated. Therefore, many college students encounter certain difficulties in employment. I assisted the village committee to fill in the information of all graduated college students and report them to the town. There is a unified recruitment meeting in the town or through other means to contact the employment unit. The Stone Village Committee also actively contacted the employment units, such as the Environmental Protection Bureau, to arrange jobs for the idle labor force of the village. I took this opportunity to collect employment information and went deep into the villagers’ homes to learn a lot about the actual situation and benefit them. Work better in one step.

2. Study and Practice The scientific concept of development has been in full swing throughout the country. Duandian Town held a mobilization meeting to learn and practice the scientific concept of development, requiring all villagers to convene all party members to study in different forms. One of the main forms is to watch remote access. As the administrator of the remote access in the village, I prepared all kinds of preparations in advance, such as: downloading the program, informing all party members to study, and promptly solving the problems of some party members, so that the activities of the scientific development concept of my village are very carried out. smoothly. When I studied materials such as "Mao Zedong Deng Xiaoping xx Scientific Development View" and "How to Do Ten", I gave a serious explanation. 3. Statistics on all ID cards, birth dates and other information of villagers in the village were counted. The village committee funded all villagers to pay for rural medical insurance. Timely statistics provide great convenience for many jobs in the village. For example, the recent call for the Huaiyin District to count the women in the village from 35 to 59 years old, in order to give them a "two cancers" check, the previous statistics provide a great convenience for the completion of this work.

4, the village affairs document to achieve electronic document preservation. The village committee attaches great importance to the electronic management of village affairs files. Third, the shortcomings

The district party committee and district government placed high hopes on our village officials. We hope that the village officials will highlight their own advantages in rural work, play an active role, and make achievements in light of the rural reality. And through the practice of rural work, growth ability, exercise ability, expand quality, improve themselves. Looking back at the year of my work, although I have done something, it is still far from the requirements of the district party committee and district government. The main performance is as follows:

1. Insufficient understanding. After a year of work, I rebelled against introspection and thought that I did not attach great importance to the work of the village officials. Because the ideological understanding is not in place, and the village officials have no social status in people's minds, the wind and the wind are endless, the personal confidence is insufficient, the self-understanding is unclear, the thought of relying on work in the village is more serious, and there is no lack of awareness of taking the initiative.

2. Lack of ability. The situation in the village is more complicated.
