It is difficult to implement. Many villagers do not understand the policy, in order to complete it in time. The task is to let the villagers accept the policy cooperation work. In the hot summer weather in August, I went to the villagers together with the village director to spread the party’s policies to them, explain the advantages and disadvantages, guide them to raise awareness of change, and voluntarily devote themselves to The work, through patient and meticulous publicity and explanation work, finally opened the situation, not only completed the task of superiors in a short period of ten days, but also the farmland rice insurance participation rate in our village is among the best in the former town.

Many of these things are very sensitive. If they are handled improperly, they will be inconsistent. The struggle is strong.

My village is a relatively complicated village. It can be said that the village clan power and factional struggle are very fierce. The district and towns attach great importance to the problems of our village. I used my legal expertise to study the election law carefully, and implemented it with the members of the election committee. In strict accordance with the procedures, I went deep into the households of the group where I was assigned to vote, and resolutely stopped the phenomenon of a few people robbing the votes and engaging in malpractices. Under the joint efforts of all of you, in the end, the "sea push" of our village achieved very good results, and it was truly fair, just and open. More than 95% of the people thought that this election was the most fair and the last. This model of my village was followed by many other villages in the town.

The road to rule of law in our country is still very long. The legal awareness of the villagers is gradually improved. It is impossible to accomplish it overnight. Many things are reasonable but not legal. They can only be accepted slowly. For example, some villagers in the village are determined to be determined in the election. When proposing to elect a member of the village committee, it is necessary to choose from each group rather than from the whole village. What they say seems to be very reasonable. Each group needs a cadre. At that time, the quarrel was very fierce and the contradictions were at a glance. However, this is a serious violation of the Electoral Law. They are standing in the interests of some small groups. They are not standing in the overall interests of the village. They regard the cadres in their group as if they were their own cadres. Fourth, think about what the people think, the urgency of the people

This year, due to the influence of Sichuan “Guangyuan citrus pests”, citrus sales are not smooth, but my village is a large village producing citrus, many farmers can not sell citrus, for this, I see as a village official In the eyes, anxious in my heart. During this period, I used my personal relationship to help my village Zhang Zhengwang's family out of the thousands of pounds of citrus, although the number is not large, but after all, I still do my best to do something for the people, Zhang himself has been very grateful to see me.

5. Seize the opportunity and temper yourself in multiple channels

Using the support of the province, city, and district for the "farm bookstore" point of our village, I built a farmhouse bookstore in my village. I served as its administrator and was responsible for the classification, sorting and lending of books. I often arrange for me to go to the office and the archives room in the town after the village. This requires the towns and villages to run at both ends. I consciously obey the arrangement, work hard, take the initiative, rigorously and efficiently, seize the opportunity, temper myself in multiple channels, and constantly train my writing. In the past six months, I have used the good work of the village and the town to make the work of the situation and the uploading of the situation. I really connected the village and the town, and completed the tasks assigned by the leaders. .

Of course, the above work is inseparable from the concern of the leaders, the cooperation of colleagues, they are my mentor and friend.
