Most of the people staying at home are elderly people and children of school age. It is more difficult to develop older people to join the party. We believe that the current problem of grassroots party organization construction is that the propaganda channel is single. There is no broadcasting in our village. There is no basic tool for contacting the people. There are policies that cannot be said. Some information cannot be provided. People cannot directly understand the party and government. All aspects of information, cohesiveness seems a bit loose. The connection with the migrant workers is also a big problem. It is highly mobile and tired of livelihood. It is not very concerned about things other than work. My village committee is trying to increase the contact and care of the migrant workers, to inform the hometown situation at any time, to let the outsiders feel at ease, and to increase their enthusiasm for going home to build their hometown.

Second, infrastructure construction work. Erlang Village is an old village, close to Chengdu-Chongqing Expressway and provincial highways. Due to various historical reasons, the infrastructure construction is backward and the public's enthusiasm is not high. If the infrastructure is not built well, the people will not understand the village committee. The living standards of the people cannot be improved. The people cannot afford to invest in infrastructure, and they cannot improve the current economic conditions. The issue of infrastructure construction falls into a strange circle that needs to break the deadlock. To break this strange circle, we must actively strive for the strong support of the relevant departments at the higher level. On the one hand, we must seriously investigate and understand the situation of our village, mobilize the people, and effectively and quickly improve the infrastructure construction of bridges, highways, and irrigation stations, and effectively serve the people. Third, in the financial system, in accordance with the work meeting convened by the town government on September 26, the village committee has perfected the following three systems: First, the relevant provisions on rural non-productive financial expenses. 4. Technical training and rights protection for migrant workers. Most of the young and middle-aged villages in our village are working outside the home, and those who stay in the village are older or smaller. They are engaged in low-income, high-risk work, and sometimes they are not paid. My village committee is actively contacting various departments. I hope that when we go home at the end of the year, we will provide technical skills training for migrant workers and increase legal common sense education, in order to improve the quality of migrant workers in all aspects and protect their rights and interests. V. Implementation of inspections for various types of projects. Our village committee actively completed the improvement of various types of project implementation work, and cooperated with relevant departments to complete various projects successfully, and passed the inspection, and also received praise from all levels of departments. What we need now is that the higher authorities pay more attention to and help in road construction, pond maintenance, construction of irrigation stations, replacement and maintenance of transformers, and effectively solve the basic production and life problems of the people.

6. The issue of rural people's development funds. At present, it is necessary to modernize the traditional agriculture in our village and it is in urgent need of a large amount of funds. There are three main aspects of rural funds: first, the deposits of farmers and their rural enterprises; second, the credit funds used by banks to support agriculture; and third, other funds for rural production and living. It is more difficult for the peasant people to raise funds by themselves to raise funds. The credit union currently has a small amount of low-interest loans of 10,000 yuan, but it is more difficult to successfully lend. How to enhance the confidence and ability of the people to develop modern agriculture, while coordinating the security guarantee of the banking sector on lending funds is a relatively difficult problem. We think that it is only to guide the people to strengthen their economic construction capabilities, let the people change their minds, go out, introduce them, and truly swell their wallets. If they have real economic strength, they can develop better. The funds that banks lend can also be assured and safe.

7. Agricultural market information issues. This is the main problem. This year, my village produced a total of 800,000 jin of tangerine. However, the variety is single, the quality is not standard, all kinds of pesticide residues exceed the standard, lack of market information, and basically no market operation awareness and experience. Around September 16th, we started looking for buyers on the Internet, in the hope of finding a buyer and selling a good price. A merchant in Chengdu is operating in an overseas market. After contact with many parties, it came to buy a few pounds and then went back to the laboratory. Then tell us: fruit shape is not correct, coloring is not good, some fruit surface has obvious marks, fruit has low sugar content, poor taste, dry water and granulation defects, fruit shell phenomenon is serious, the most serious is pesticide and toxic Hazardous substances exceeded the standard. It is impossible to meet the national standards for pollution-free citrus. I then contacted a Guizhou boss to discuss the acquisition. On September 26, the people asked for a price of 5 hairs. Second, the lack of sufficient market information, the market information of the tangerine and the agricultural products of our village at the farmer level is still very lacking. In the process of going to the market for agricultural products, there is basically no grassroots producers who have mastered market information and know how to analyze market trends, let alone qualified agricultural brokers. Produced such a large number of products, but did not have a stable market that they can master and understand, and ultimately lost the market, wasting a year of investment and production. Thinking of the hard work of the people this summer, the cadres of Erlang Village Committee are very sad. Then think about how we should work hard in this respect and not let the interests of the people suffer. Production in the coming year should be prepared this year, actively increase market research, keep abreast of weather conditions, change the current situation of relying on the weather, strengthen technical counseling, improve the quality and gold content of fruits, actively change ideas, and accelerate the pollution-free citrus Production input and construction.
