Time has passed quickly, and it has been more than five months since I was a rural worker. Looking back at the work of these five months, there are also some shortcomings.

At the end of October last year, I was assigned as a university student rural worker to the town of **. At that time, just after graduating from college, there was no formal working experience, and only a few months of internship in other units. So this job is a new beginning and a new experience for me.

Shortly after the work was put into operation, it was at the end of the evaluation and inspection period at the end of the year. At that time, the village was working hard for the assessment of district-level civilized villages and municipal-level health villages, and these two tasks were the focus of the work of the village. Faced with the assessment and inspection at the end of the year, there is still a large amount of accounting work to be done. The quality of the ledger is directly related to the final evaluation result, so it is not sloppy. As a newbie, I was not familiar with the surrounding environment. I started the preparation work for each account. When I was faced with a large stack of materials, I couldn’t start with it, but I also had village committees, paperwork, etc. Pointing and help. Since we have reported the time near the end of the year, it is not clear what we have done in the village. Therefore, when I encounter unfamiliar aspects, they will use the information of previous years for me to refer to, explain to me the work done in the village in the past year, and list the outline for me to make it easier for me to make accounts. Under their guidance, I gradually learned what it is like to do the accounting information, and I also understand the various tasks in the village, and finally completed the preparation of the account information. In the final assessment and inspection, the village was awarded the district-level civilized village and the municipal-level health village. Although I did not do much, I know that all the honors have passed the village committee and all the villagers. Working together, I am also sincerely happy for the village.

In 2019, it has not yet come out of the New Year's atmosphere, and new work has begun. The first is the nation's first survey of pollution sources. Although a preliminary dispatch investigation has been done at the end of XX, a more detailed investigation is needed in 10 years. For the general survey of pollution sources, the town also attached great importance to the training of the various enumerators. In order to make this pollution source work smoothly, the instrument invited a high-ranking uncle in the village to accompany me. From the source of life to the source of industry, we have been investigating the past in our homes. We have had several closed doors. Sometimes people in the factory can't find them. But the uncle is familiar with the situation in the village and is also very popular with the villagers. Respect makes the investigation work more smoothly.

The focus of the 10-year village work is the construction of qualified villages in the new socialist countryside . At the beginning of the year, I began to prepare for the creation of qualified villages in the new socialist countryside . With planning, we can better carry out the creation work. This year, another important job for me is the development of village school activities. At the end of last year, the activity plan for the villagers' school was formulated this year. This year, it will be carried out one by one. In January this year, the spirit of the 17th National Congress was launched.

This five-month work says that there are not many, and that there are not many. I feel that as a rural worker, I have to dissolve myself into the village collective and regard myself as a member of the village. This is also what I still lack at present. The exchanges with the villagers are relatively small, and the work is limited to the village office building. In the future, we must go to the village to go more and communicate with the villagers in order to carry out the work better. In terms of personal thinking, we must also actively move closer to the party organizations and learn from the party's advanced thinking. Constant self-criticism and self-encouragement in the work can continue to advance.
