In order to fully implement the requirements of the "Agricultural Product Quality and Safety Law of the People's Republic of China", and thoroughly implement the spirit of the special rectification action of agricultural products quality and safety in the district, since the beginning of XX, my testing center has been an important task. In 2019, he used the popular science and county to timely publish and publish more than XX materials for publicity. The TV media mainly used the special section of the TV station “Agricultural Consultation Desk” to make two special publicity laws on agricultural product quality and safety; and featured in the “Follow” program. The form has been completed in the first phase of the whole process from sampling to inspection results, so that the people in the county can recognize the safety of vegetables and fruits. In particular, on the 3.15th of this year, the inspectors of our station made samples of vegetables and fruits at the people's market, and reported the safety of vegetables in the county through Manas News. In addition, I also made a lot of publicity on the quality and safety of agricultural products and the use of agricultural products through the program of the Party Office and the radio hotline program. The above work is carried out in order to let the broad masses understand the specific content of the law and the significance of pesticide residue detection. It has formed an atmosphere in which the whole society pays attention to the quality and safety of agricultural products.

3. Detection of pesticide residues in vegetables and fruits

The current outstanding pesticide residues in China are the problem of pesticide residues in vegetables. Vegetables are crops that have a short growing season and a lot of mouthwash. In the peak season of vegetable growth, it is also the peak season for pests and diseases. In order to improve the yield and quality of vegetables, farmers need to use chemical pesticides to control pests and diseases. However, some farmers' cultural quality is not high, or driven by the interests of money, not according to the prescribed amount of medication, the number of medications, the method of administration and the safe interval of application, even the highly toxic and highly toxic pesticides used in vegetables will not be allowed. use. This has created a very serious social problem. It is necessary to carry out pesticide residue testing, strengthen vegetable planting management and vegetable site supervision.

1, sampling

According to the “Notice on the Quality and Safety Inspection of Agricultural Products” issued by the Ma Zheng Office, we mainly sampled two vegetable bases: the vegetable base of Lanzhou Bay Town and the vegetable farm of Beiyuanzi of Xianggong Township; two wholesale markets: Renmin Road Farmers’ Trade Market wholesalers and business households, wholesalers and business households of Xiguangming Road farmers market; two supermarkets: wealthy supermarkets, homes and cities.

Vegetable farmers at the vegetable base are very supportive of our work. In fact, vegetable farmers also need new knowledge and new information on pesticides. At the same time of sampling, we introduced to the vegetable farmers a notice of safety drugs, and encouraged farmers to use low-toxic and pollution-free pesticides. In the farmer's county and vegetable wholesale county, since our work has just started, the relevant legislation is still not perfect. We do not have a random inspection work permit, use the work permit of the Agricultural Technology Promotion Center, and a few operators consider the monetary benefits, so we sometimes take samples. Will be rejected.

2, testing

The instrument used for the test is the Fujian Provincial Residue Fast Tester. According to the current national standard method, it is tested whether the pesticide residue of vegetables and fruits is qualified.

3, the results

According to the requirements of the “Notice on Quality and Safety Inspection of Agricultural Products” issued by the Ma Zheng Office, the detection time of pesticide residues in vegetables is Wednesday, and the test results are reported to the County Agricultural Bureau and the State Testing Center before Thursday, and the test results are in the sampling area. Publicity. So far, we have carried out 13 batches of pesticide residues in vegetable and fruit production bases, and extracted 77 samples of vegetables and fruits, including 37 fruits and vegetables, 37 leaf vegetables, 8 roots and stems, 9 melons and fruits, and 77 qualified samples. 0, unqualified sample 0, the grid rate is 100%; vegetable wholesale market and supermarket pesticide residue detection 38 batches, 585 vegetable samples, including 519 vegetables: 436 in Xinjiang, 83 in Xinjiang, 213 fruits and vegetables 259 leafy vegetables, 37 roots and stems, 10 fungi, 100 qualified samples, 0 unqualified samples, 100%, and 68 melons and fruits: 39 in Xinjiang and 27 in Xinjiang. 100, 0 unqualified samples, the grid rate is 100%; a total of 35 information bulletins were published this year. It is planned to test 3 batches of samples in November, and this year's inspection will be completed.

V. Problems and future work

1. The legislation related to the quality and safety of agricultural products needs to be further improved, and an on-site access system should be established as soon as possible to strengthen the monitoring of pesticide residues in vegetables. When we sampled at the vegetable base and the farmer's farm, because there was no sampling certificate, some vegetable farmers would not cooperate or understand, and the work was inconvenient.

2. Lack of professional testing personnel. At present, the laboratory testing and testing work of the testing center is part-time by the staff of the promotion center. There is no full-time testing staff, which is far from being able to adapt to the work requirements of a county-level laboratory, and some work cannot be carried out.

3. Lack of funds. Since the beginning of this year, I have not paid any staff for business work except for the salary of the staff. If we do not support the funds, the pesticide residue testing of vegetables will be difficult to sustain.

4. Focusing on the implementation of the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Quality and Safety of Agricultural Products, continue to strengthen publicity and learning, strictly carry out various tasks in accordance with the law, enhance the awareness of quality and safety of agricultural products in the whole society, and take the quality and safety of agricultural products as a long-term important task. .

5. Strengthen the construction of agricultural product quality and safety inspection teams, conscientiously do a good job in technical training, establish and improve various rules and regulations, and make the quality and safety inspection of agricultural products standardized and institutionalized.

6. Increase investment, and the responsibility for quality and safety management of agricultural products is very important. Once there is a group poisoning incident caused by the quality of agricultural products, it will affect social stability and harmony. Governments at all levels should increase investment and implement agricultural products in accordance with the provisions of the Agricultural Products Quality and Safety Law. The quality and safety management funds are included in the budget at all levels.
