Bank counter staff training summary


In order to carry forward the business quality of the staff of our bank, I formed a pair with a new colleague and conducted business training for some staff.
The training is mainly carried out in three aspects:
The first aspect is: theoretical knowledge training theory knowledge is mainly in the "Accounting Practices" and "as/400 Integrated Business System Operation Manual".
Due to the content of the Accounting Procedures, I asked him to digest the contents and discuss with me what I could not understand. For the as/400 system, my colleagues already have a lot of knowledge about cash. In addition to asking them to continue to strengthen their studies, I train them in Chapter 9, Settlement, City Trading, and Chapter 12 Interbank Payments.
The second aspect is: the knowledge of the cabinet knowledge training is mainly to train the job responsibilities and the standardized operation of the counter business. During this period, I asked him to understand and be familiar with the duties of his position, and to memorize 13 of them. For the standardized operation of the counter business, I will give pointers on the deposit and withdrawal business, the opening of the individual company, the bill business of the public, and the loan business. The tellers are required to strictly follow the "standardized operation procedures of the rules and regulations" to standardize their own operations and further improve the standardization of service levels.
The third aspect is: Skills knowledge training is only for the skills. This colleague has already had a preliminary understanding. I just pointed out some obvious errors in my skills and taught them some tips on counting money and subpoenas. .
Through this period of training, the new colleague has improved in all aspects, and now it is necessary to continue to be proficient and practice in the corresponding positions.
