Theoretical training personal summary
This year, I participated in the two-month "xx Project" backbone teacher training class in xx city. The theoretical study of the previous stage of the "xx Project" has come to an end today. In general, this one-month theoretical training is rich in content and diverse in form. There are lectures by educational experts at all levels. The special lectures of the frontline teachers, the various forums where the students conducted around the topics, and the interactive discussions of the participants. Looking back at this stage of study, there are both conceptual baptisms and theoretical improvements, both in terms of knowledge accumulation and the growth of teaching skills. The progress of man may hang between a thought, only the spark that is wiped out at a moment. On the surface, such training does not seem to solve the problem fundamentally, and it is very hard. The training time is very long every day. It starts from 8:00 in the morning to 4:30 in the afternoon. It is really hard for our teachers to go back and forth every day. However, most of the teachers who gave us training are experienced and have a certain theoretical height. Therefore, the hard work of physical strength is diminished by the spiritual happiness. "There is a clear channel for the canal, and it is a source of water for the active head." Only the external spring wind, the clear stream, the fast train can bring people the revolution in essence, and bring about the transformation.
At the same time, for me, this training has far-reaching significance. First of all, it made me fall into a learning atmosphere. If you don't learn, you will fall behind. If you don't make progress, you have to eliminate it. You have to find your own one-acre three-point land on the land of education. Learning is the only way! In the training class, the students were active in thinking, solidarity and mutual assistance, open and serious, competitive and tolerant, and formed a good learning atmosphere. I changed the psychological inertia of the past, constantly collecting educational information, learning educational theory, and growing professional knowledge. Secondly, such training has also brought me an opportunity. You know, not every flower can bloom in the wind, not every piece of gold has a chance to shine. I am fortunate. This training activity not only enabled me to discover my own value and strengths, but also gave me a platform to exercise myself. I also made a lot of peers and made me work hard for my future teaching. basis.
