Rural school education internship summary

My internship this year was done in a rural school. This internship made me feel a lot. On the one hand, I deeply feel that the knowledge and knowledge are so vast that I have to study hard at night; on the other hand, I also deeply understand the profound connotation of teaching and learning. For example, when I am engaged in education and teaching activities. When I first went into the classroom, I encountered problems that I had never learned or thought about in many normal schools. That is, after I finished my class with a eloquent slogan, I asked the students: "What are you most impressed after listening to the class?" The students looked at each other and were speechless. Why are students doing this? In my opinion, it is mainly because students have no interest in learning.
The ancients said: "Knowing is not as good as knowing, and knowing is not as good as knowing." Interest is a crucial condition for a student's learning. Interest is the step-by-step interest in learning to breed aspirations, interest and motivation. So how can we stimulate students' interest in learning?
In the internship work of the class teacher, I launched the “Welcome to the Olympics” theme class in the class. At first, I encountered a lot of difficulties: for example, the students' mismatch often makes me feel bad. At the time, I was suggested to use the mandatory method. For example, penalty stations, fines, etc. Admittedly, this method can barely maintain class order. However, this will undoubtedly deepen the gap between teachers and students, and even make students feel tired of learning. As an educator, we must find ways to create a democratic and harmonious teaching atmosphere and establish an equal teacher-student relationship in teaching activities. Moreover, the teacher should regard himself as a member of the activity, the organizer, participant, and initiator of the student activity, the learning partner and the intimate friend of the student.
Through contact with students, I also have some understanding of some students in the class. There were several classmates in the class who were very difficult, so someone suggested to me: to give love to these classmates at the theme class meeting - donate for them. However, after my repeated considerations, I still denied him. Because it is very good to donate love for poor students, but it is easy to hurt the self-esteem of students. Students have no self-esteem and it is difficult to have a strong interest in learning. In the end, I still finalized the theme of the class as a very fashionable theme - the Olympics.
In order to run this class, I strive to create opportunities for each classmate to show myself, to provide a platform for self-expression, so that every student can experience the joy of success, feel the value of self, and taste the fun. As a result, the students were very active in the preparation of the class meeting. The class has a wide variety of programs, singing and dancing, and organizes a debate. The topic is: Can sports create friendship? During the debate, the two sides held different words and the debate was in place. In addition, in order to popularize the Olympic knowledge, I also held a large-scale "Olympic knowledge award-winning activity" at the class meeting. Every student is very motivated and enthusiastic. The last flute solo - singing the motherland will push the class to a climax. You are now reading the first essay network, thank you for your support and encouragement! ! !
Of course, during the course of the class activities, I also found some problems. I once asked the classmates a question: Which weight is a pound of cotton and a pound of iron? Although I have repeatedly "released water", there are a lot of people who replied: "Of course, it is a pound of iron!"
Recently, I also found such a sentence in the student's work: "On New Year's Eve, there is a golden moon in the deep blue sky." On the New Year's Eve, how can there be a golden moon in the sky? What? Serious distortion, almost ridiculous. In fact, this is only a common-sense problem. If such simple questions are not answered well, the problem seems to be complicated. It is worthy of our educators to ponder: how can students who do not know these common senses have a complete life? ? Can such education be called quality education?
In addition, in some observation classes, the atmosphere of performance is often presented. A student answered a very simple question. The teacher said: "It’s really good!" The rest of the classmates immediately applauded. Another classmate answered another simple question and got the same "honor". After a class, the praises continued, and the applause came one after another. This is the obvious falsification, this phenomenon is worthy of our deep thought.
In response to the above questions, I would also like to make some comments and suggestions:
1. Teachers should adhere to objective principles. The impact of falsification on students is very far-reaching. Because teachers should not be falsified from the professional ethics of teachers, from the image of teachers in the minds of students and parents, and from the noble responsibilities of teachers. Instead, we should adhere to the principle of objectivity. Only in this way can education be more attractive.
2. A common-sense mistake made against the student. Teachers should teach students in accordance with their aptitude, so that students' moral, intellectual, physical, aesthetic, and labor aspects can be comprehensively developed.
3. In order to stimulate students' enthusiasm for learning, it is necessary for us to lower the focus of education. Let them find that love is actually very easy; love is around; love is in the children's family; love is in the rice and oil. To this end, I have arranged a special homework for the children - homework. That is, let the children give their parents a dish when they are eating, and wash their feet for his elders before going to bed at night.

In short, education is an interactive process, and teachers will actively cooperate if they are seriously engaged in teaching. This process is very open

Heart!
