I studied drama and film at the university. There are very few internship opportunities in this profession, because this profession is not very popular, and it involves film and television. So until now I have not gone out for an internship .

It's not that I don't want to practice , but it's hard for my major to find an internship , and the general place seems to have nothing to do with my future work, so I just stay in school.

Sometimes, the opportunity will come to you quietly when you are not prepared. Even if you don't have any preparations, you only need to seize the opportunity and do your best to meet it. Just work hard, just believe that you can do it.

When I first stepped into xx TV, I never expected that in the next 30 days, I would have a happy and memorable time here. By chance, one of my friends who studied advertising introduced me to go to xx TV to do a graduation internship with him. Although it seems that my major does not match the work of the TV station, I am studying movies, but the good intentions of my friends cannot be evaded. It’s no big deal to do it. As the saying goes, the newborn calf is not afraid of tigers. I am going out, and I am not getting into the tiger's den.

On the first day, I went to the TV station for an internship . I was excited and worried. I have heard a lot of news about internships before, saying that their internships in the unit are either treated as transparent people, or they are doing all kinds of cumbersome chores all day long. I am worried that I will be like them. But I also made some preparations. No matter what they arrange for me to do, I will be happy to do it. After all, I came here to study, not to come here to play. Stepping into the office, I greet everyone with enthusiasm. Xx County has implemented a breakthrough in the construction of red tourism development projects. The county relies on the Nanliang Revolutionary Memorial Hall, a national red classic attraction, to make the red tourism bigger and stronger. Xx TV station specially held the charm xx column. Xx County is combining red tourism, eco-tourism, loess-style tourism and folk culture tourism, and vigorously tapping tourism cultural resources to form a unique xx tourism form. Red culture has become a valuable asset, educational resource and spiritual legacy of the xx people. I was assigned to the Charisma xx column group for editing and broadcasting work. When I arrived at the editorial office, Director Li introduced me to the editing and broadcasting work program and work content of the Charm xx column group, as well as the related staff. Then I started my editing and broadcasting life.

Although I went to the editorial office on the first day, my colleague and I joked about how to learn how to come to the film as an editor. But I always smiled and said, come and learn from you. I didn't think of what they said as splashing cold water. On the contrary, their humorous taste dispelled the strangeness in my heart. Soon, I will mingle with them. From the time I decided to go to the TV station for an internship , I have always believed that I can do it if I believe in myself. Perhaps the professional editing training skills that I have passed are not too thick. Maybe I don't have the rich experience and experience of the seniors of the editorial department, but I still believe that I can do my own work.

When I took over the first batch of press releases, I was a little nervous and uncomfortable. I secretly said to myself, no big deal, you can finish it. Then I reviewed it with the knowledge and experience I had learned before. There have been many problems in this process. Every time I encounter any problems, I will be open-minded and ask for learning. They are able to put down their work and patiently answer for me and teach me a lot of experience and knowledge. After several rounds of review, I found that in addition to mastering professional knowledge, journalists must have a wide range of knowledge. Because the news itself will involve all aspects of production and life. Recognizing my own shortcomings, I decided to make up my own lessons. After going home every day, I couldn't take care of the exhaustion. I got into the room and turned all my professional books on drama, film and literature into a new book, and re-visited and learned about the news editors. At the same time, I also insist on reading a certain amount of news and newspapers and magazines every day to broaden my knowledge.

Hard work pays off, and with my enthusiasm and persistence in this job, I learned a lot of knowledge, and also helped journalists in the Department of Public Information to modify many manuscripts. When I heard the director of the editorial department praise me, my heart was beautiful, because my efforts and self-confidence, in exchange for their affirmation of my hard work. I saw my value and made me work harder in this job.

Editing requires passion, patience and care. No matter what job you do, you need passion. Without passion, there is no motivation to support you. The editorial staff are tempted to revise and edit every day, and often work overtime, sometimes only four or five hours a day. But I have never seen fatigue and boredom from their faces, they are always full of energy and devoted themselves to their work. I think it is this passion for work that supports them. Without passion, they can't afford such great energy.

There is also a lot of time to work in the editorial department. When there is no manuscript, the editors will look at the magazines and newspapers to pass the time, or chat, talk and laugh. At this time, I will always consciously take the time to look at some of the news editors' secretaries or take out the previously revised manuscripts to learn and summarize some common manuscript errors. In short, the editorial department is a place full of joyful atmosphere and learning and expanding knowledge.

In the few days when I first came, I heard them talking about it, saying that I was coming back from the back door or that the director of the editorial department was very eccentric to me. But I will not put these words in my heart, I want to prove myself with my own actions. Take your own path and let others say it. Even though they are like me, I still greet them with enthusiasm every day, and often go to the office to clean up in advance. Slowly, their attitudes are no longer indifferent, and they often take the initiative to help me. I think that people and people should care for each other and be honest with each other, and use a sincere heart to touch people around you. In real life, we are often overlooked by busy life.

Time passed quickly, and the short 30 days soon ended. These days, the dots and pieces are pouring into my heart. It seems to have a favorable feeling for this job. I have feelings for the people who are passionate here. I have feelings for everything I have been living with in the day and night. When I leave, my heart is full of gratitude and reluctance.

The internship has given me a lot of income, both in terms of theoretical knowledge and real life knowledge, which has benefited me a lot. I realize that while learning this professional knowledge at school, I should also participate in some social practices, expand my knowledge, improve my overall quality, keep learning, think more, practice more, and listen more. At the same time, we must learn to get along with others and communicate with each other and handle interpersonal relationships. Be confident in yourself if you do anything. Those who have aspirations will succeed, and we believe in our efforts.

The harvest of this internship was so great that I couldn't accept it. I thought that my internship was just a passing. I didn't expect it to be so big. I regretted not going to the internship before. However, it is not too late to go to the internship . At least I have just arrived at the internship and the fun of the internship .

I also suggest that all college students should go out to internships and see them in the society, so that they will be aware of and understand their own deficiencies, and have a clear direction in improving their own life in the future study life.

In the future, I still have the opportunity to go out for an internship . I have no chance to fight for opportunities. This is my goal. I must implement it by the union. I firmly believe that through my untiring internship , I will realize my dreams in my future work.
