In the first week, I mainly listened to the masters. This is the first time I have attended a class as a "teacher". Of course, the content of the lecture has also changed. How to attend classes, learn how she teaches knowledge, how to control the classroom, how to control the time of the class, and so on. Through the lectures, I found that teachers are not only important in grasping knowledge, but also important in class discipline and enthusiasm for class students. Discipline in a class often affects whether students take lectures seriously. In the second and third weeks, I still listened to the master's class, talked about the homework on the exercise, and helped the master to approve the assignment. I really started the class from the fourth week. When I was in the first class, I was nervous, and the speed of speech was faster. Of course, the content was relatively simple. So I used half of the class to finish the new lesson. Then I started to panic. What I thought was in my mind. The lesson plan I wrote for the first time did not pass because the content of the first half and the second part of the whole lesson was not very close. My second lesson teacher said that it was OK, because I had a story-telling session during the class, so the teacher also reminded me to let me give some students some small stories in advance, let them go home and read the story. This is more conducive to teaching. I did this too, but when I actually attended the class, I still had problems in this link. I didn’t take into account the characteristics of the students in this stage of the fourth grade. They simply couldn’t figure out when the round was. When they raised their hands to tell the story, when I went to the storytelling session, only one student raised his hand and the classroom atmosphere was not very positive. Also, after attending this class, I fully realized that the preparation before class is very important. This is not only reflected in the lesson plans, but also in the preparation of multimedia hardware, because I have prepared two videos. I want to play it to the students in the class. I have prepared several playback formats in advance. I am afraid that the format of the computer in the classroom cannot be recognized, but there is still a problem here. When I am ready to go to class, I suddenly find the playback of the classroom computer. There is a problem with the video format. I can't put a video format. Only the sound has no picture. Later, the teacher in charge of the class helped me to re-create a player. This class can go smoothly. Therefore, through this class meeting, let me know that the full preparation before class is very important.
