As a teacher who has worked in secondary vocational schools for nearly 10 years, I know the importance of students' performance during their internships for their future employment. In the two days after receiving the task, I quickly made the proper assignment between the original class and the teaching work and colleagues, and officially took over the new class on March 12. The first challenge I faced was to organize the students to successfully complete the 12-day military training. Although it is military training in the school, it is not easy. The weather in Zhangjiakou in March was really cold and chilly, but I stood at the dormitory downstairs at 6:20 every morning to wait for the students. After the students gathered in the queue, the instructor unifiedly brought to the playground to start a day of training. When the instructor trains the students, I observe the students' training status on the one hand, and understand them and familiarize them with them through their performance. In addition to three meals and rest, I stayed in with the students and fully cooperated with the instructor training. The three instructors came from the Capital Airport. In order to be a landlord, I also had the task of taking care of their diet. When the instructors ended the day's training and returned to the house to rest, I took the 54 students back to the classroom to study late. At 10 o'clock in the evening, I escorted the students to the dormitory of the South Campus. After seeing the students finish the washing and turning off the lights, I dragged my tired body back home. At the time, I felt that I had never been tired, but I felt vaguely new tasks, which seemed to be more difficult than this. Indeed, after successfully completing the task, I and the students officially went to the Capital Airport to meet new challenges.

Looking back at the airport internship life from March 29 of XX to January 9th, 2019, and 9 months, I feel a lot. There is suffering - when away from home, relatives; there is bitterness - when faced with the parents do not understand, the cold eyes of airport personnel; have sweetness - when students get results; this taste may only be experienced by experienced people. Bit by bit is no longer described, and the main situation is summarized:

First, we have a high degree of responsibility for our work.

It is really tiring to work in teaching and taking classes for a long time, but it is more reflected in the brain and energy. However, the internship at the airport has increased the test of physical strength. Because it requires me to keep abreast of the students' work at the job and help them solve some difficulties in time. Checking the post and transferring the post is like a diet break, becoming a task I have to do every day.

On the first day after arriving at the airport, the students were assigned to different positions. 54 students were assigned to 7 departments, namely the t3 guard, the Dongdong project department, Air China, bgs, traffic management, business division and Air food. Take the famous T3 terminal in Asia, which is famous all over Asia. From the t3a area to the t3b area, it takes a full 5 or 6 hours. Due to the complicated structure of the t3 terminal building, it is easy to turn the head when the time comes, and the distance between the students is far away. When several times of transfer, they found that they had lost their posts and had to ride back. Especially when it is transferred to a construction site, it is common for people to visit students through the construction site without safety protection. I remember once, I crossed the construction site from a1 to a2, and just one of the building beams fell down and almost hit my head. The master who was working was shocked and then yelled at me: "Don't kill!" When I saw the heavy beams that were lying in the ground, I was also worried. But afterwards, I did not know how many times I risked to continue to shuttle through the construction site. Because there is only one belief in my heart, I can only go to a2 to see my students by taking this road.

The school gave the bicycle with the internship teacher, and when it was my turn, it was already the third owner. Due to the high frequency of use, coupled with the long route when the transfer, the road conditions are poor, the car is bad. Especially in t3 and Dongdong, the road is net construction sand, stone, car belt is often tied, can only spend more than an hour to push back to the station to repair the car. The inside and outside belts have been changed four or five times. Even the old man who repaired the car said: "I have never seen you riding a bicycle like this. It is so wasteful." The taste is only clear to me. With the growing familiarity with the positions of students, I have set a schedule for the transfer according to the actual situation: Monday t3, Tuesday Dongdong, Wednesday Air China, Thursday bgs, Friday Traffic Coordinator, Saturday Business Division, Sunday air food. Every day, I am so tired of running around in various positions, tired and weak, returning to the dormitory to sleep, seems to be a good medicine; hungry has already passed the meal time, go back to the dormitory to cook a pack of instant noodles, it seems Into a meal. At that time, I saw every road of the transfer as a smooth road. I don’t know, sometimes it’s really like a martyrdom, it’s hard to go to the sky. But in the end, with the two magic weapons to overcome this "martyrdom", that is the teacher's sacred mission and a high sense of responsibility.

Second, the students spread their love

In the face of children who are far away from home, away from their parents, and who have just transformed their roles, I must be their temporary parents: to help and encourage them like fathers at work, and to give them care and care in their lives. It is also necessary to fulfill the duties of teachers, and immediately open their heart locks that are troubled by problems, helping them to clear the obstacles of the way forward.

1. Use a silent love to transform students into trust

When students first came to work at the airport, because they had to spend most of their energy on familiarizing themselves with their work, I was obliged to do a good job of logistical support for students in order to prevent them from being disturbed by trivial matters in their lives. I remember when I put the Beijing phone cards that students urgently needed in their hands, the students said happily: "Mr. Liu, how do you know that we want to buy a card." I smiled and replied: "Who told me to be Liu Xin, yours? Things must be kept in mind!" The students were teased by me and they were closer to me. They no longer have concerns for me, just like children are like their parents, let me help them do this, buy things, send things is a common thing. Who is sick, call me the first time: "Mr. Liu, help me buy some medicine!" When I meet a seriously ill student, I will accompany him to see him for the first time and take care of him. Sometimes I think about whether I have too much control and whether I will spoil them. But when I think about it, I am a child of the 17th and 8th. Without the care of my parents, I will leave them alone, no love, how to love. Whenever I saw their sincere gratitude for their help and saw that they treated me as their loved one, I deeply felt their trust in me. There is a saying that "big love does not thank you", then my selfless little love makes the students know how much wealth it is!

2. Impress students with vocal love ------ get understanding

Being able to work at the largest international airport in Asia is indeed awesome, but the airport has a lot of jobs, not all of them are elegant workplaces. For the students I brought, they are all on duty outside the station. Some posts have no simple guard posts, and suffer from the wind and sun. Some of the posts are together with migrant workers all day, standing around the construction of large pits, and even the drinking water in the work area is yellow. Under the great contrast between the ideal working environment and real life, and the bad public opinion of some previous students, the students’ minds fluctuated. In the face of all this, I insist on starting from a positive education for students, less criticism, more encouragement, telling them to be based on their own actual situation, combined with the grim employment situation of today's society, to put facts and reason, let them realize that the difficulties are temporary of. Only after suffering, will you get the chance to open the door to success. I remember when I told my students about myself, I said, "When there is no difficulty in life, take the teacher, the child is only ten months old, for the sake of work, throwing a house, eating bad, sleeping No, I am all for what, is your difficulty bigger than me?" After listening to these words, many of the students dropped their heads, and some immediately said that they would dare to face difficulties and overcome difficulties like me. . But just after working for a month, a classmate named Li Xin found me saying that he didn't want to work here. Moreover, the family was superior and his parents did not expect him to earn money. After listening to his words, I realized that it is impossible for his parents to help with their work. Only by giving him more detailed ideological work, he can correct his attitude and change his mind. So, every day I went to the door of his dormitory to talk to him, and it was eleven or two. It was in the summer and the mosquito bites me. I even went for four days. Li Xin finally figured it out. He said to me: "Mr. Liu, you are being bitten by the 'imported mosquitoes' and you are doing work for me every day. I am not leaving, I want to Work hard, be a real man who does not rely on parents." I smiled and told him: "What is being bitten by a mosquito, all of which is a voluntary blood donation, seeing that you know how to cherish, I am really happy to learn to appreciate it." Whenever I encounter a student who has difficulties at work, I will start to enlighten them and encourage them. Because it is necessary to ring the bell to solve the bell, if you do not resolve the knot that plagues them, it is useless to keep them working. At the same time, I will take appropriate conversations to suit each other's personality traits and make them affectionately. This invisible way of love has become a bridge for students to communicate with me and a good medicine to solve the problem.

In addition, other graduates of the school working at the airport, as long as the students find me, I try my best to help them. Especially after my colleagues Qin Wenxia and Zhao Jing returned to school, I took all the work left by them alone. I remember a classmate named Zhu Zhe who left the airport a year ago, but because he was in a hurry and didn't take his luggage, he later remembered and ran to the airport to help him find his luggage. I asked about it in a few places, ran for two days, and finally found his luggage and temporary storage in a warehouse. Cheng Siwei of Qin’s class was weak because of a cold. He passed out at night when he was named. After being taken to the hospital, the airport personnel told me about his situation. I immediately rushed to the hospital and kept guarding him until he lost the liquid. And escorted him back to the dormitory, it was already more than 5 in the morning. A graduate I know at level 03, after working at the airport for two years, I want to continue my studies through correspondence. I want to help him with mathematics. I have to transfer to work during the day and I have to go to the dormitory to see the students at night. There is really no time. But how can the teachers in the world not like the students who love learning? I only had time to give him counseling like squeezing water in a sponge. This student saw me doing so hard and helping him. He learned very seriously, and with his qualifications, he was successfully admitted to a university in Beijing in October. All that I have done is not asking for any return from the students, just like the parents of the whole world treat their own children, only selfless love.

Third, patience and patience to parents and airport personnel

As a school-trained internship teacher at the airport, on the one hand, I have to replace the parents to become the guardians of the students. On the other hand, I am the representative of the airport joint-run school. We must actively cooperate with the airport to do a good job in the management of students. In order to reassure parents, I often call them to communicate with their children's work performance and living conditions in a timely manner. Especially for those parents who have misunderstood the working environment of the airport, patiently give them an objective and detailed introduction to maintain the good reputation of the airport. However, due to the numerous airport departments, interpersonal relationships are complex. Therefore, I will often be harassed by some airport personnel who are not easy to get along with. To be honest, my heart is really very controversial, but for the sake of the school, for the students, I have to be with them with patience and sincerity, thus showing the good quality of our school teachers. However, when encountering unreasonable punishments made by the airport for students, I will stand on the side of students and parents to fight for fair treatment. If there is a student named Gui Ai Long, he was unilaterally dismissed a year ago because the airport said he was suffering from sleepwalking, and at the same time let him pay 1800 yuan liquidated damages. The attitude of the student and the parents was to insist on not paying the money. On several occasions, the teacher with the internship had to negotiate with the airport but had not given a reply. Later, the parents of this student called me, maybe it was too long, and the parents were not patient. So I was very excited on the phone, and the words were very strict. I said that if I don't solve it, I will go to the school to ask questions. After learning the original story, I was guided by the principle of seeking truth from facts and serving students. On the one hand, patiently persuaded the parents to give him the medicine, and on the other hand, he negotiated with the relevant personnel at the airport. I have found the person in charge of the personnel department of the airport and the manager of the student work department, and according to the relevant basis of the Labor Law, Things were analyzed objectively. Because this is the unilateral termination of the contract by the employer, the student’s liquidated damages should not be charged. Under my argument, the airport finally agreed to our request. Three days later, I told the parents of the process and results of the solution through the phone. After listening to him, he expressed his gratitude for the credibility of the school.

Since ancient times, there have been words: "Children are worried about the mothers." Every student working at the airport is holding the hearts of their parents. After Zhang Zhipeng, a social bad person, failed to extort the students in my class, he brutally stabbed a student’s leg. At that time, the students’ knees were opened with a deep and long mouth. It was urgent to perform the operation in time. At that time, I needed an emergency deposit of 4,000 yuan. I didn't have so much money on my body. So I went to the department where the students worked and asked the relevant personnel to borrow money and immediately gave him surgery. After the operation was successfully completed, I quickly called the parents of the students to explain the situation and report to the peace. I stayed with the students this night. The next day, when the parents rushed to the hospital to see that the child was in good condition and everything was safe, the hanging heart fell. Through meticulous and patient work, I let parents see that both the school and the employer are responsible for the children. Later, when the parents learned from the child's mouth, I was in the hospital for half a month, except for changing jobs and dealing with other things, I visited him almost every day. Not only brought fruit and small food, but also chatted with him, leaving at 11 o'clock in the evening. Parents saw that my work was so meticulous and the children were taken care of so well and very satisfied. Actively cooperate with my work and bear the medical expenses of 4,000 yuan.

Fourth, treat your family and loved ones with enthusiasm

In the nine months of working at the airport, I faced more than 50 children every day. Lying in bed at night, the rumble of the plane took off and I could not sleep for a long time. The one I think most is my family. When I came to Beijing, my child was only ten months old and it was a tiring age. In order to give me some worries, my parents have taken up the burden of caring for their children. The old people are not very good, but when I think that they are tired of taking a child with water and sweat, I can't bear it. The wife who has just finished her maternity leave has to go to work every day and have to do housework. In particular, the child was sick several times, the home heating leaked, etc., she was glaring at me, one fell down all the burdens. During the rest of the month, she knew that I would definitely not be able to treat my skin allergies and would buy a good medicine for me. My father had a cataract in the right eye due to diabetes, but the blood sugar could not be lowered and could not be operated. Later, when she was accompanied by her mother, she went to Beijing to see a doctor. The old two children have been living in Sancha, and they have not told me. In the face of the support of my loved ones for my work, I really feel grateful for my words. I only work harder to do my work to reward those who love me.

People say that there is a reward for paying. I am gratified that no one in my class was dismissed by the airport for reasons such as poor performance or poor conduct. During the nine-month internship , Liu Wei, Gong Wei, Liu Tao, Shi Pengcheng, Li Jinwei, Liu Qiang, Zhang Wei and Yang Kunxu were promoted to the squad leader for their outstanding performance. Most of them have become the backbone of the business, and many people have been rated as soldiers, civilized players, and advanced workers. In the five knowledge contests, the t3 team consisting of Du Yangang, Liu Wei and Gong Wei won the first place in one fell swoop and won the honor for t3, which was well received by the leaders of various departments. Other students were also well received by the leaders for their practical and serious work performance in their respective positions. On January 10, 2019, when I graduated from our school and handed over the list of 282 students from the 5th section of the Capital Airport Security to the school leaders, it marked the completion of my internship work. But I clearly know that the reason why I can finish my work so satisfactorily is that I cannot leave the care, help and support of the school leaders: Director Ning taught me the experience of many years without reservation, so that I can quickly adapt to the work of the airport. And life; it was Ma’s principal who gave me a green light at work, let me start the road smoothly; it was President Wang’s warm greetings and encouragement, which gave me great spiritual motivation. With the approaching of the Beijing Olympics, the passenger traffic of the Capital International Airport will be unprecedentedly high. As a capital airport joint school, our school will seize the opportunity of the Olympic Games to deliver more and better talents to the airport. As an ordinary teacher at the school, I think I have an obligation to do my utmost to improve the reputation of our school at the airport. Finally, I made a few suggestions and hope that the leaders will consider it. If there is something wrong, I hope to lead Haihan.

1. Strengthen the training of students' employment awareness. In particular, the understanding of the departments with difficult airport conditions and high labor intensity should be implemented in schools to avoid the loss of students due to unclear understanding.

2. Due to the decentralization of the airport's employment mechanism to all departments, we should strengthen the contact with the managers of various departments, so that the talent output of our school is more smooth.

3. The school should set up a department that is responsible for all the internships of students, or clarify the responsibilities of the existing department. If the airport needs students' relevant documents and materials, because these materials are scattered in various departments of the school, it often leads to failure to deliver according to the time required by the airport, which makes our work passive.

4. Increase the joint efforts of our school and the Capital International Airport, relying on the airport to build a joint network with other employment units at the airport to strive for more employment opportunities for our students.
