As the training unit of the security inspectors of Beijing MRT Corporation, our school successfully delivered 36 security inspectors to the company in February this year. Most of the 464 students, except those from different levels of our school, are non-graduate students enrolled in the school. The average age of most of them is around 22 years old. Third, the competitive pressure from the brother schools is the biggest. The students of Hengshui Vocational Education Center, who have heard about it, also went to Beijing MRT Corporation this time. They want to compete face-to-face with us. Only these three items increase the difficulty of our management. However, we have the confidence to overcome all difficulties and meet all challenges.

At 1 o'clock on the afternoon of June 11, after nearly 7 hours of bumping, we finally reached the first stop of the student's work and life, that is, the place of residence - Beijing Advance University. The students who got out of the car swept away the exhaustion on their faces. Everyone lined up and walked neatly, shouting loud slogans into the school gate. Next, each class took turns to read the class training. After the completion, all the students read the school motto together, and the voice was loud and sullen. The students' good appearance and spirit are not only praised by the employers, but also the teachers and students of the Hengshui Vocational Education Center. Our teachers and students won the first victory with good quality. However, we know that the real contest is still behind.

Our resident Beijing Qianjin University is just a private university with poor performance in Beijing. The campus is simple and the school buildings are outdated. Due to the unrecognized dormitory, our 120 boys must first live in three classrooms with very simple conditions. At that time, the weather in Beijing was getting hotter. There were no electric fans in the classroom. In order to help the students overcome the difficulties, Director Li Yanxin led me and Xiaolian as the first soldiers. We lived in the warehouse next to the classroom to store used tables and chairs. The students saw that our accommodation was not even as good as them, and no one complained any more. After half an hour, 120 boys arranged their luggage and settled in. The employer did not expect that we solved the problem of boys’ accommodation so quickly, and directly praised our students for their hardship and high consciousness. Later, we learned that the boys in the Hengshui Vocational Education Center took half a day to arrange the accommodation. It seems that we are still at home in another round of contests.

According to the MRT company's arrangement, we will continue to strengthen the students' skills at the station from June 11th to June 28th. Everyday work seems simple but boring and heavy. At 6:20 in the morning, the morning exercises were gathered on time, and after a short breakfast time, the morning hand exercise was started. We divided the groups according to the actual situation of the students, and then led the students in the respective groups to practice in the designated areas. No matter the students or the teachers of ours, we did not slack off our work. After one morning, the students practiced in full swing, and the sweat we directed was dripping. After lunch break, we continue to repeat the morning work. At the end of the evening, we have new discoveries every day like military training, and we have new requirements every day. Everyday work and life is so intense and busy. The new director will give us a meeting and wait until 10:30 in the evening. The students turn off the lights. After we check the dormitory, we are summing up the gains and losses in the middle of the night. We are discussing the problem, we are counting Painting arrangement. Everyone felt a great deal of responsibility on their shoulders and seemed to have forgotten their fatigue. After half a month of tempering, our students were tanned and tired, but they were all full of energy, good business, and able to work.

On June 29th, our students officially took up their jobs. They were divided into three classes, A, B, and C. Our five teachers immediately adjusted their work and began to shift jobs every day. We keep abreast of the work of our students and help them solve problems and difficulties in a timely manner. Because the station is very far from the working place, the students in the morning class will get up at 4 o'clock every morning, take the MRT to the apple orchard, and change the line 5 to the line 5, so it takes 2 hours to get to work. . The students in the afternoon class departed from the station at 12:30, and returned to the station at 12 o'clock in the evening. At the beginning, some students did not adapt, and individual students’ thoughts fluctuated. We did the ideological work of the students in time, encouraged them, told them that the difficulties were only temporary, and the excellent touching examples of the previous students motivated them to make them in a shorter time. On July 9th, with Yan Xin’s director leading some teachers and students to the “Bird’s Nest” for security inspection, the school decided that I was responsible for the next internship . I felt the burden on my body was heavy. I have two colleagues, Hu Yana and Ping Jie, who have to manage more than 450 students. We started a more detailed work. We plan daily, change jobs during the day, enter the dormitory at night, cheer for the students, and do our best to help them solve the actual difficulties and let them work with peace of mind. The student was ill. We first went to the hospital to go to the hospital to see the doctor. The students had emotions. We appeared next to him at the first time. The students were wronged at work. We will comfort them for the first time. After our efforts, the students loved their jobs and worked conscientiously, and they were well received by the employers. Our professionalism has also been praised by employers. In their words, our employment assistance to students is better, and our ability to deal with problems is stronger. We know that the excellent collective of Zhangjiakou Vocational Education Center has created our excellent quality. Under the leadership of Yan Xin, none of the five teachers interrupted their work due to personal or family difficulties, including the director’s disregard for young children. I can't take care of the sickly hospitalized daughter. Even Lian Xiaowei and his wife took the internship but separated the two places. Hu Yana gave up her wedding honeymoon. The two young teachers of Pingjie and Mao Wenyu lost their time of falling in love. We are silently dedicated, no regrets.

At the end of July, due to the outstanding work performance of the students, Beijing MRT Company and we had to sign a formal contract with the students in advance, because some of the terms of the company contract caused students' controversy, and many students were unwilling to sign contracts. I promptly communicated the students' doubts with the company, and after a satisfactory answer, they explained to the students, and the students quickly signed the contract. So far, our students have a high employment stability rate. Among the 464 employed students, only 11 have left because of personal reasons, including 3 male students and 8 female students. The employment rate has reached 97.63%, while the Hengshui Vocational Education Center has 30 More than one student left. Our students are in a good state of mind, have flexible handling problems at work, and have excellent skills. They have repeatedly checked for major contraband such as simulated pistols.
