In the past six months, the Youth League Committee has closely focused on the work of the school center, continuously strengthening the self-construction of the group, and focusing on strengthening the innovation of characteristic work. There are three main characteristics. The report is as follows:

One of the characteristics: to build a team of cadres in a practical and meticulous manner.

1. Improve the electronic files of the members. Statistics on the natural conditions of all members of the first and second grades and the formation of electronic files to facilitate statistics and management.

2. The use of the "Quantitative Assessment Rules of the Youth League Branch" mobilized the initiative and enthusiasm of the work of the Communist Youth League.

3. Organize the training materials and sign-in system of the group. Gradually improve the ideology of the trained activists and members.

The second feature: use activities as a carrier to enhance the cohesiveness of the group organization.

1. Learn Lei Feng activities. Taking advantage of the opportunity of learning Lei Feng activities on March 5th, we organized a speech under the national flag, a signing ceremony for “not saying uncivilized behavior”, a theme class meeting, and a campus sweeping. From the design plan, to the activity process, to the final activity summary, the teachers and students' ideological consciousness is improved, and Lei Feng is deeply rooted in the hearts of the people, so that Xue Leifeng is conscious.

2. The 90th Anniversary Series of the May Fourth Movement. This year marks the 90th anniversary of the May Fourth Movement. In this special May, our school Youth League Committee carried out a series of activities: the May Fourth Awards and the New Youth League Conference; the duty to the nursing home; the beautiful campus of my home - clean up White garbage activities on and off campus; glorious footprints - handwritten newspapers. Through this series of activities, the students are deeply proud of being a member of the team, proud of being a member of the sixty-six, and always thinking about how they can do better.

The third feature: pay attention to the construction of propaganda positions and create a civilized campus culture atmosphere

1. Make full use of the main position of the speech under the national flag. Let the different students make the spokesperson and host under the national flag, and carefully prepare the speech, the teachers and students reflect better, and the benefits are very good.

2. Make full use of the influence of monthly class newspapers and daily newspapers. Let students effectively understand and comprehend the monthly center work of the school teaching office and the Youth League Committee .

3. Make full use of the propaganda role of broadcasting stations. According to the school's work requirements, combined with the school's Youth League Committee and the teaching office's monthly work focus and special holiday anniversary, increase publicity efforts.

4. Make full use of the textual effects of the magazine. It has set up important sections such as “Literature World”, “Sound of Campus”, “Good Class, Good People Report”. Greatly strengthened the communication mode within the group and the promotion of team work.
