In XX, the Youth League Committee of our school guided the important thinking of the "Three Represents", conscientiously implemented the party's principles and policies, closely focused on the work of the school education and teaching center, combined with the development of the new situation and the physical and mental characteristics of young students, with innovation as the theme. We will comprehensively strengthen the building of the regiment, work hard to explore new ideas for the work of the Communist Youth League under the new situation, highlight key points, develop innovation, emphasize practical results, and implement it with utmost results. The work has achieved certain results.
First, do a good job of the regular management of the regiment, and further improve the self-construction of the regiment.
1. Strengthen the standardization of the work of the Communist Youth League in schools. To standardize and institutionalize the work of the Communist Youth League of the school, focus on standardizing the democratic appraisal system of the members, the annual registration system for the members, and strengthen the collection of group fees. Further improve the organic connection between "nurturing excellent" and "pushing excellent", and do a good job in promoting the group. Organize various branches to hold democratic life meetings, earnestly carry out criticism and self-criticism, carry out democratic appraisal activities for members, and combine democratic appraisal with membership registration, so that members can continuously improve themselves. The participation rate of members is 100%, and the excellent rate accounts for 30%. The registration rate of the membership card is 100%. During the semester, the Youth League Committee of our school commended 8 outstanding cadres and 16 outstanding members.
2. Strengthen the construction of the team of teachers. As a part of the school team, teachers are relatively small, older, and have higher self-awareness, and are often neglected because of marginalization. However, we realize that teachers and teachers have become the hope of sustainable development of the school because of their unique advantages. Their words and deeds have a profound impact on the healthy growth of students. To this end, we have made it a priority for young teachers to achieve "being positive", exerting their unique appeal and influence, and leading the healthy development of student members. The Youth League Committee issued an initiative to all young teachers. Through many symposiums of young teachers, the organization of life meetings was held, and the young teachers' training concept of “strict requirements, enthusiasm, self-improvement, and active development” proposed by the school was inquired. The members of the group "do a good person, take a class, and take a good course", firmly establish the professional ideal of teaching and educating people, and pay more attention to the professionalism of paying less and returning, and the urgent desire to grow up quickly and become talented. The Youth League Committee cooperated with the Academic Affairs Office and the Political and Education Department to carry out activities such as new teacher forums, youth teacher open class competitions, and class teacher training to help young teachers to improve their basic teaching skills, teaching business, student work and scientific research. Improve their professional quality and skills, let young teachers self-improvement, take the initiative to develop, become an excellent teacher to "welcome students, let parents satisfied, let peers admire".
3. Strengthen the team building of the cadres. As the leader of the Communist Youth League work, the cadre of the regiment directly affects the overall work level of the regiment and the development of the quality of other members. We have perfected and implemented the "one-, two-, and three-systems", namely, the regular work of the cadres, the working rules of the cadres, the regular examination rules for the members, the management system for the members, the appraisal system and the disciplinary system, and the work of the cadres at all levels. Responsibilities and work procedures, implementation of the committee committee , class group branch management level by level, effectively improve the combat effectiveness of the group organization. Through the development of the activities and the systematic training, each group cadre has clarified its own job responsibilities, work direction and goals, promoted the overall improvement of the cadre team's quality, and promoted the effective development of the group's work.

1. Vigorously carry out the education of ideals and convictions of young students, always put the strengthening of political theory education for young students in the first place, relying on the branches of various groups, watching CDs and holding symposiums, etc., in-depth development of various forms among young students. Learning educational activities, guiding young students to deepen their understanding of Deng Xiaoping Theory and the important thinking of the "Three Represents", helping to build a strong spiritual pillar, and carrying out a variety of activities that are conducive to the healthy growth of young students, and to build spiritual civilization and ideas. Moral construction, ideological and political education are among the various activities.
2. Carry out a series of patriotic education activities and promote the main theme of patriotism. The school further standardized the flag-raising ceremony system, carefully coached the students' speech under the national flag, strictly guaranteed the seriousness and education of the flag-raising ceremony; and made full use of traditional festivals and anniversaries to educate students on traditional culture and national spirit. Organize a series of educational activities such as the theme board appraisal ratio, “Celebrate the 17th National Ballad Competition”, “Welcome to the Olympics, the Tree Breeze” essay contest, theme class meeting, etc., and carry out patriotic education in depth to stimulate students to serve the motherland. Emotions and confidence have further sublimated the patriotism of students.
3. Actively carry out regular team activities.
In March, the activity of “learning Lei Feng and building a new wind” was launched. On March 6th, the “Learning Lei Feng Mobilization Conference” was held. The Lei Feng activities were carried out in various forms.
In April, more than 300 students were organized during the Ching Ming Festival to pay tribute to the Xingtai Liberation Monument and to remember the revolutionary martyrs;
In June, the “Sunshine Sports” campaign was launched, with the theme of “Health. Olympics. Jinxing”, with the goal of “One hour of exercise every day, healthy life for a lifetime”, and strengthened the organization and leadership of students’ extracurricular sports activities in September. A series of exhibitions featuring the theme of "respecting the teacher and laying the foundation for the future", the celebration of the teacher's festival board, and the "Special Songs for Teachers" large-scale poetry readings were held to celebrate the Teacher's Day. The activity is based on respecting teachers and teaching, and integrates grateful education into it. The content is rich and varied, and the forms are diverse, so that the students can understand the respect of the teacher, know the gratitude, and create a good new style of respecting teachers and teaching.
In October, the “Celebration of the Seventeenth National Ballad Competition” was successfully held. During the competition, the students used the revolutionary classic songs and patriotic songs that were agitation by the high school to express the new generation of passionate love for the motherland and dedication to the motherland.
The organization participated in the "Guo Shoujing Cup Knowledge Competition" of the Education Bureau and won the eighth place.
In November, the “Youth Vitality” campus radio exercise competition was held in December. The Youth Teacher Open Class Competition, the First English Reading Competition, the “Second Jumping Competition” were held, and students were organized to participate in the 23rd session. The science and technology innovation activities of young people in Hebei Province have completed the primary school work, and the sci-fi paintings have been reported to the Municipal Science Association.
In the first semester, the Youth League Committee of our school has achieved certain results in the work, but there are also some shortcomings. For example, the quality of the cadres of the regiment needs to be further improved, the ideology of the cadres needs to be further enhanced, and the volunteer activities are further standardized. We will continue to work hard in the future to bring the work of the Communist Youth League of our school to a new level.
