Since the beginning of the school, the eighth-grade physics group, under the leadership of the school's teaching office and the grade group, has been guided by the Municipal Education Commission's "Several Opinions on Deepening China's Small Curriculum Reform and Strengthening Teaching Work", focusing on the school's teaching goals and plans. The center of teaching effectiveness, paying close attention to the five links of teaching, especially in the arrangement and correction of homework, infiltrating the "two-level education" thinking, and exerting the collective strength of the preparation group, especially the leading role of the old teachers and the role of the district backbone teachers. He has achieved certain results in improving the quality of teaching and cultivating students' learning habits.
First, the main practice
1. Pay attention to the improvement of teachers' professional development. (1) Strengthen political and ideological study, earnestly study the relevant archives of the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and understand the spirit of the 17th National Congress. The three teachers in the physical group are all Communists and can play in their daily work. The exemplary nature of party members has set an example for other teachers. In the monthly and mid-term exams, the last exam can always be the first to submit papers and comment in time.
(2) Strengthen business learning. First, continue to learn new curriculum standards and earnestly and fully understand the objectives of the curriculum standards, especially the 8-9 grades. Second, in-depth study of new textbooks, for the "second-phase curriculum reform" trial textbooks, accurately grasp the breadth and depth of teaching, do the necessary supplements. Can not be like the past, just rely on the textbooks, or arbitrarily raise the requirements, make the knowledge too difficult, and carefully analyze each knowledge point to be accurate. Handle the relationship between textbooks and activity cards to improve learning efficiency. The third is to conscientiously study the syllabus and study the previous physical examination papers of the senior high school entrance examination, familiar with the content and requirements, so as to accurately focus on key points, difficulties and test sites. The fourth is to seriously study the actual situation of our students, and reasonably arrange the teaching progress and the tasks of each teacher.
(3) Accelerate the formation of new concepts. The curriculum reform especially promotes the embodiment of students' subjectivity. Many new activities have been added to the new textbooks. Small experiments, more students are allowed to do, and students' experiments and demonstration experiments can be done with the utmost effort. The foot fully reflects the teaching thoughts of student learning and teacher guidance. 2. Grasp the regular links to improve classroom efficiency (1) Strengthen the implementation of the regular work of the preparation group, do all the plans according to the requirements of the Academic Affairs Office, organize and carry out good teaching research work, and supervise and inspect the teachers of this group to complete various tasks.
(2) Improve the quality of the group preparation lesson preparation, study the examination outline, excavate the teaching materials, reflect the three-dimensional goals, and let the “two-level” education penetrate into the physics teaching. Give full play to the individuality and advantages of the teachers. Each unit arranges a spokesperson for the center. The spokesperson of the center should provide a collective preparation draft for discussion, explain in detail the key points, difficulties, test sites and doubts of the textbooks, design classroom exercises, and submit teaching materials. The full preparation team discussed the opinions and reached a consensus after listening to these opinions. This can promote communication, share resources, and play the team spirit of the preparation team. At the same time, we must learn from the brothers' school and apply their good and effective experience to the physics teaching of our school. This semester will continue to use the "Tao Liyuan Experimental School Physics Teaching Courseware Set" issued by the District Teaching and Research Section to modify the teaching practice of the school . And used for teaching work, to achieve certain results. In addition, make full use of the relevant teaching resources in the Shanghai Education Resource Library, and apply it to the actual teaching situation in line with the actual situation of our students.
(3) Carefully select the homework. In addition to continuing to use one of the workbooks of the previous semester, no additional supplementary materials will be added to the students. On the one hand, the students can seriously complete the after-school homework and supporting exercises on the textbook. On the one hand, the teacher writes the practice volume according to the actual situation of the student and the test description, and tries not to directly reprint the ready-made materials, but instead produces a piece of paper. Small practice volume. A total of more than 30 practice volumes have been published this semester. These practice papers are well-targeted, especially the exercise papers that were issued before the mid-term exam. They better grasped the key points and test sites, and reflected the "effectiveness" of the exercises, so that they achieved good results in the mid-term exams.
(4) Seriously correct the operation. Strive to achieve "basic operations, full batch of full reform; key operations, fine and fine-tuned; students with learning difficulties, face-to-face reform." Do a good job in unit testing and monthly examination work, carefully study the middle school examination papers in the past two years, and combine the actual students of our school to produce good papers. The papers should reflect the basics and have strong pertinence. The examination and testing standards are in order, the quality analysis of the results is in place, and the examination attempts are further analyzed to diagnose the teaching and propose corresponding corrective measures.
(5) Strengthen student counseling research. Strengthen individual counseling for students with learning difficulties, implement one-on-one man-to-man tactics, implement job approvals, and find problems in a timely manner. Reorganize the common mistakes of the students in the homework and the small papers and re-consolidate a new practice volume for the students to do it again. Increase the number of test scores, only students will pay more attention to the scores, even if there are very few exercises, we try to get the scores as soon as possible. After the commentary, the student papers will be revised once, so that they can be carefully listened to and revised. At the same time, the students' progress will be praised in time, so that students with difficulties can build confidence and make progress on the basis of the original.
3. Carry out education and scientific research, improve teachers' ability, and gradually carry out certain educational research in combination with teachers' teaching practice. It mainly focuses on some problems existing in teaching, based on school-based, and carries out research methods based on writing teaching reflection. Combine with the existing teaching conditions of the school , carry out the integration of educational technology and physics curriculum, develop a series of courseware suitable for the actual school , and strive for gradual systematization. At the same time, the school-level project “Research on the effective design of physical stratification operations in the country”, under the joint efforts of the preparation team, is proceeding in an orderly manner according to the project implementation plan. After the end of the semester, the phased results will be summarized and organized. .
4. Achievements and shortcomings Through the efforts of the whole group of teachers, the physics team also achieved certain results this semester. First of all, in the mid-term examinations organized by the whole district, the qualification rate of physics subjects and the average ranking of 12 districts are ranked first in the various disciplines of the grade. Students' interest in physics has been further improved, and learning methods and abilities have also made great progress. In addition, the teacher Zhang Lixia of this group took on a public class in the whole district and was fully affirmed by the district teaching and research staff and the lecture teachers.
The new curriculum reform emphasizes students' innovative ability and practical ability, and we still need to explore in this aspect.
