First, moral education work and teaching work are equally important

Schools are the cradle of cultivating talents. The talents cultivated by a high-quality school should be both moral and political. To be mature, we must first be adults. This semester, students in adolescence, ideological germination, behavioral maturity and naive contradictory performance, have brought certain difficulties to our education and teaching work. In response to this phenomenon, our group of teachers have formed a group policy, carefully designed the educational methods that reflect the times, in-depth study of the psychological characteristics of students during adolescence, researching the personality characteristics of different students, continuously expanding and deepening the content of education, and striving to infiltrate moral education organically. Teaching in various subjects and various daily activities.

1. Use class meetings to discuss life and talk about ideals with students, and let students establish lofty goals;

Teaching

Teaching work is the central work of the school . The quality of teaching is the lifeline of the school . We are aware of this. Therefore, we actively promote the "independent and efficient" teaching mode to ensure that we improve the quality of our teaching so that every student can learn the income. In order to do this, we must grasp every detail of the teaching, and we must not have the slightest slack.

1. Do a good job in regular teaching. Our entire group of teachers are able to prepare for over-the-counter classes, so that there are no lesson plans, no classes, and waiting for classes to prevent all occurrences of teaching accidents.
2. Intensive preparation of lessons in class, preparing for both teaching materials and students, paying attention to students as the main body, starting from the students themselves, improving their enthusiasm for learning, each class must have clear learning objectives, stimulate students' potential for learning, and promote Students understand the importance of learning from the ideology and thus continuously improve their academic performance.
3, do a good job of training and making up the difference. Because only the top students are caught, it is guaranteed that only the number of people on the line will be able to ensure that the overall performance is improved. To this end, every class in each class must implement the counseling work of Puiyou. Our entire group of teachers and students are strictly abiding, not sloppy. What we need to do is to be strict management and people-oriented.

Through the efforts of all the teachers of our eighth grade group, we have created a warm working atmosphere. At work, the teachers in my group unite and love each other and care for each other. In our group, there was no dispute between teachers. If any teacher is sick, or if there is something to do in the family, everyone will substitute for each other and never pay attention to the family. If any teacher has troubles in his work, everyone will work together to help solve the problem. No one is watching jokes next to them. Everyone has praised the advantages of the teachers, and they have studied hard. With the shortcomings, everyone has given me no hints. In such an environment, the old teachers of our group have been respected and the young teachers have progressed rapidly.

In short, in the past year, our team has worked together to advance and retreat. In many ways, I have made gratifying achievements.
