Under the guidance of the school leaders and the Academic Affairs Office, this group actively carried out research and discussion on education and teaching, and learned advanced education and teaching concepts, and achieved certain results. Below, we will summarize the work of this semester as follows:

1. Teaching and research activities are carried out actively and normally. In this semester, a total of 5 teachers participated in the school's backbone teacher demonstration class, and 4 teachers participated in the new teacher report class. Four open classes were held around the “classroom effectiveness” in the monthly teaching and research group activities. In the welcoming three-star acceptance of our school and the city's teaching and research activities, we have opened high-quality open classes, which have been well received by leaders at all levels. The five teachers in the third year also opened a review class for us. Each of the preparation teams also started the course according to their respective plans. Teachers actively use these platforms to show themselves, improve themselves, and provide a good learning platform for all of our teachers. It is conducive to improving the teaching level of all the teachers in our group.

2. Do a good job in teaching five serious teaching routines. Our group of teachers carefully prepared lessons, carefully taught, and did a good job in reviewing and commenting on homework and test papers. All of them were qualified in the school 's five serious examinations, and six teachers were excellent.

3. Seriously study the theory of education and teaching. Our group earnestly carried out theoretical study on “classroom effectiveness” every month and actively participated in all levels of training, teaching and research activities. And the 2019 Jiangsu joint examination exam description was carefully interpreted and studied. These have effectively guided the future education and teaching of our teachers.

4. Actively carry out various essay competitions. In this semester, our group successfully organized the 7th High School Student Composition Competition in Jiangsu Province, the “Good Parents” Cup Composition Competition in Nanjing, and the preliminary competition for the National China Student Reader and Write Contest. In the first two competitions that have ended, our students He has achieved excellent results and has more than 30 students who have won the first, second and third prizes. The successful development of these activities has greatly promoted the enthusiasm of our students' language learning and created a good writing atmosphere.

5. Do a good job of “one magazine, one newspaper”. In the semester, under the efforts of our teachers, I successfully edited 2 issues of Koi magazine and 2 school newspapers. In the process of editing, our group of teachers vigorously promoted, carefully drafted and reviewed the manuscript, and wrote the manuscript automatically.

6, the ancient poems on the wall. In the semester, my group's teachers explained the ancient Chinese poetry and reciting articles for the joint entrance examination, carefully selected the famous sentences, made them into cultural cards, and hung them at the entrance of the stairs of the school , creating a good atmosphere behind the ancient poetry.

7. Editing of the master reading materials. In the 10 years of the Jiangsu Joint Examination Exam, we added 10 articles of the famous masterpieces. Due to the actual situation of our students, our group of teachers carefully edited the guide materials of these 10 masterpieces.

In this upcoming semester, my group of teachers are united, study hard, actively explore, and busy, but we are still far away from the goal of creating Chinese language teaching in Linjiang. There is still a lot of work to be done. do. We will continue to work hard to move towards this goal.
