I. Basic situation of retired employees of the logistics group
The Logistics Group currently has 734 employees and 413 retirees, accounting for 56.3% of the employees, accounting for one-tenth of the total number of retirees in the school. Among these retirees, there are departmental leaders, cadres, professional and technical personnel, and ordinary workers, especially ordinary workers, accounting for 69% of the total number of retirees. From the distribution to the secondary units of the group, it is not uniform. For example, there are 29 employees in the Jian'an Center and 46 retired employees: 33 employees with small employees and 58 retired employees; 49 employees in kindergartens and 46 retired employees. From the perspective of the economic situation of retired workers' families, the differences are also large. Due to historical reasons and working relationships, the wages of retired employees are generally low, the number of laid-off workers is mostly, the number of double-employed workers is very small, and the proportion of employees with family difficulties is large. Faced with the reality, the party and government of the Group attaches great importance to the management of retirees, and is included in the agenda of the work every year. Special arrangements have been made for this work to form a management system in which the group and the secondary units are jointly managed and the labor unions are closely coordinated. Put the work into practice and leave no vacancies. Judging from the work situation in recent years, although there are still many unsatisfactory places, the vast majority of retired employees are satisfied. They think that the group attaches importance to this work and cares about them, although there are These expectations are still not met, but they are understood. 2. Incorporate retired work into the overall work plan of the group
In the XX year group work plan, it was clearly stated that the management of retirees should be carried out in a step-by-step manner. The group personnel department should take the lead in retiring work budget, and the work plans of the second-level units must also reflect this work. It is also necessary to plan a certain amount of funds for this work, and this work should be included in the end-of-year assessment of each unit. The Ministry of Personnel is responsible for checking the implementation of the work, responsible for resolving the sources of funding for the holidays, and arranging the symposium for retirees. At the end of this year, we have arranged a symposium for retirees, and a symposium for leading cadres at the department level and above who have been engaged in logistics for a long time. Each secondary unit is mainly responsible for the day-to-day management of retirees under the jurisdiction of its own department, including visiting sick and inpatients, long-term sick patients at home, people with special difficulties in life, and solving specific problems raised by retired employees in various aspects. At the end of the year, they organized a retired employee symposium and visited retired workers’ families. The group's sub-union is responsible for solving the subsidies for employees who are retired, organizing condolences for the Spring Festival, and issues raised by the second-level units that cannot be resolved within their terms of reference. Judging from the work inspections this year, all the arrangements arranged in the work plan have been implemented, and some work is being implemented. This year, the group will provide a holiday condolence fee of 400 yuan to each retired employee, nearly 100 yuan for condolences, various kinds of symposiums, difficult subsidies, retirees for retired employees, and about 50,000 yuan for future affairs. The staff work expenses are nearly 300,000 yuan.

In the second half of last year, we had a work-related retired employee who had osteonecrosis in the previous surgical site. It needed to be resected and re-transformed. The family was very difficult. The funds could not be put in place immediately after the operation. The hospital stopped using the medicine. The family was extremely anxious, but could not think of a solution. . When we learned the situation, we immediately contacted the school hospital, and at the same time reflected the comrades' work injury to the school leaders and personnel department. The school also promptly sent the medical expenses to the hospital. When we told this message to the family members who had been downstairs for the afternoon, they shed tears of gratitude, and I felt that they were so sad. They are not thanking me, but thanking the school for their concern, thanking the party for their concern, and the tears of warmth. From this matter, I deeply realized that the concern for retired workers is not only to solve an individual's difficult problems, but to send them the warmth of the party and publicize the superiority of the socialist system. Whenever the group organizes veteran symposiums, we must arrange for cars to pick up and arrange meals. We must carefully match their palatable meals and give them condolences. We also strive to send them to our homes every time.
