Reading "The Ordinary World" (1)

The Chinese teacher recommended a book for us - "Ordinary World". I haven't finished reading this book. I have selected some good sentences.

"Green, still green. In the boundless green, sometimes a flash of red or a golden one - it is a blooming peach and rape in a large green wheat field." These are the author's description of the scene or the environment. I think the word "flash" is used very well, reflecting the looming feeling. From this sentence, I can still read that the author is in the car.

"The leaves are washed with rain and the oil shines brightly; the swallows of the team flew low over the misty wheat fields." I read from these sentences that I had just rained and read the swallows from "flying". The posture is very strange - not to keep a position to fly, from the "sweeping" to see that the swallow is flying low.

"The fine rain of the rain with a star and a half of the snow, is dripping to the ground." These sentences are also environmental descriptions, seeing that this time should be winter, snowing.

From these sentences I have learned some ways to describe the environment, and I will apply them to my composition in the future.
