Reading accumulates knowledge, knowledge opens wisdom, and wisdom makes the future. Books are my mentor and my friends. Since I was a child, I was a big fan of books.

In the room where I am not big, I have a large bookcase with rows of books. I was always excited to put the new book in the bookcase, then took out a book, sat in a chair, shuttled through the sea of ​​books like a fish, completely immersed in the artistic concept described by the text. The plot of "Harry Potter" made me want to stop, "Let the world be different because of you" gave me the inspiration to grow up, "Laughing Cat Diary" made me laugh. There are also "80 Days Around the Earth", "Two Thousand Miles Under the Sea", "Jane Eyre", ... I feel that there is an elf in each book, they are stretching transparent wings, flying to me happily.

I remember once I bought a new book. When I got home, I locked myself in a small room and quietly immersed myself in the world of books. The fascinating story in the book is like a magnet that firmly attracts me. The twists and turns of the plot are sour, sweet, bitter, and spicy. Just as I was deeply moved by the plot of the book, my mother’s “eat!” passed through the door to my ear. But I was completely attracted by the plot described in the book. I was indifferent. The buttocks stuck to the chair like chewing gum. Until my mother came to the "Hedong Griffin", I came to the table very reluctantly. After dinner, I couldn't wait to continue my reading until 9 pm, and I still enjoyed it in the room. My mother urged me to go to bed several times, I didn't listen, and finally my mother was angry and shut my lamp. However, I still don't die, my eyes are bright, my spirits move, and I pretend to be obedient to go to bed. But when my mother’s forefoot had just returned to her room, I crept up from the bed, quietly turned on the light, and looked at it intoxicatedly...

As time went by, my love for the book became deeper and deeper. Once I got the book, I danced. That article, full of innocence and dreams, full of poetry, is so boring and lingering! Reading a good book is like crossing a time and space, and having a special conversation with a wise and noble person. What a wonderful thing!

There is a saying that is good; "Reading can't change the length of life, but it can change the width of life." It is reading that makes my life colorful.
