Wuzhangyuan

Wuzhang was originally located in Bishan County, Baoji City, 130 kilometers east of Xi'an, 56 kilometers west of Baoji, and 25 kilometers north of Lushan County. It is more than 20 meters high and covers an area of about 12 square kilometers. It is the southern foot of Qipan Mountain in Wuzhang, and the Weihe River in the north. The east and west sides are deep trenches of rivers. The situation is dangerous. During the Three Kingdoms period, Zhuge Liang’s Wu Bingyuan and Sima Yi played against each other. Later, due to the accumulation of illness and death, Wuzhang was known as the world. It was the last battlefield of Zhuge Liang in the Three Kingdoms.

In 234 AD, Zhuge Liang led his troops from Hanzhong and crossed the Qinling Mountains to settle in Wuzhangyuan. When I first arrived, I was not satisfied with the food and grass. Wei Sima Yi knows that Zhuge Liang is a good idea, and he is firmly guarded on the north bank of the Weihe River. The two sides did not fight in the five-day original, Zhuge Liang had to lure Wei Bing into the Hulugou battle, and set fire to the mouth of the valley, wanting to defeat Wei Wei Sima Yi unexpectedly a heavy rain, Wei Jun survived. In the autumn of the same year, Zhuge Liang died in the army and died. When Sima Yi entered the place where Zhuge Liang commanded the battle, he saw the danger of the battlefield position and exclaimed: "The world is also a wizard." Later generations built a temple here to commemorate Zhuge Liang.
