A view of the park - Koi Pond

My hometown of Dacheng has many beautiful scenery, the beautiful Phoenix Mountain, the lotus lake with the mirror level, and the famous Shenjian Park... but my favorite is the Koi Pond in the People’s Park.

Enter the park gate, walk about 30 meters to the left, and then come to the Koi Pond. It is surrounded by many plants: delicate peach blossoms, verdant willows, and lovely grasses, all of which stand up like a tourist.

There is a pagoda-shaped octagonal pavilion in the lake for tourists to enjoy. There are green railings in the pavilion, red pillars, long chairs, and many visitors coming and going, it is very lively.

Walk along the cloister outside the pavilion and walk to the center of the lake. Many fish swim in the water, white, red, golden, and red and white... They travel through the water, forming a beautiful landscape.

When the tourists cast the fish food purchased from the pavilion on the lake, the lively scene began. Many fishes rushed to the front of the fish food like the arrow of Xuan, Zhang Da round mouth, rushing to follow the fish food. Suddenly, the tail of a fish was placed in the air for a few times, and suddenly there were countless splashes of white lotus. Then, the fish quickly rushed to the companion, jumped over, swung agilely, and finally grabbed the long-awaited food. They swallowed food with gusto, and it looked like a hungry wolf.

A naughty child quietly picked up a small stone and threw it into the lake. It suddenly splashed a large splash of water, scaring the squid into the bottom of the water and dare not show up. There are still a few courageously sneak out of the head, trying to eat a few fish foods, seeing nothing bad, they ate happily. Other squid saw it and ran back to eat it. What a greedy little guy!

The east side of the water in the Koi Pond is a sculpture, engraved with a little boy riding on the back of a large squid. You see, the little boy raised his head and looked at the tourists in front of him curiously; the squid swelled high and spit water in his mouth like a silver chain. I think this probably symbolizes more than a year!

At the end of the east side of the Koi Pond is a tall rockery, which is made of stone and has layers of stones on it, which resembles a first-class step. Sometimes, the waterfalls will flow down, and the splashing of the water will make you feel amazed.

Beautiful flowers and plants, simple pavilions, cute fish, lifelike statues and tall rockeries form the Koi Pond – a continuous scroll!
