8. Do a good job in the inspection work, track the use and production of the mold, find problems in time, solve them in time, and guide the operators to mass production.
9. Responsible for the safety of employees during commissioning and maintenance, and responsible for the quality of equipment, molds and equipment.
10. Report the maintenance and repair situation in a timely and truthful manner, and do the original records of mold maintenance and spare parts consumption.
11. Strictly implement the system of spare parts collection and storage, and be responsible for the quantity and integrity of the mold spare parts and return, and properly and properly maintain and store the mold spare parts.
12. Actively carry out small reforms to improve the service life of molds and devices, improve product quality, and reduce waste caused by molds and devices.
13. Strictly abide by the “5S” management requirements, keep the site clean and hygienic, classify and arrange tooling and fixtures.

Chapter 3: Tool Maintenance Job Responsibilities

First, abide by the company's various rules and regulations, strictly implement equipment, mold repair, maintenance, operating procedures, earnestly perform their duties, and accept the supervision of the department head.
Second, cooperate with the technical department, establish and improve the mold file, formulate the corresponding daily maintenance plan and track the operation and use status.
Third, responsible for the repair, maintenance and installation of equipment and molds, to ensure their normal use, to ensure smooth production. The equipment adheres to the principle of maintenance-oriented and repair-oriented. It insists on the inspection system. 6. When installing and repairing the machine, the maintenance warning sign should be hung to prevent accidents.

8. The production site should be inspected frequently. If there are running, rushing, dripping or leaking of the material gun, ejector pin and various pipe network, it should be repaired in time.
9. The boilers, air compressor units and cooling water pumps shall be inspected daily, and there shall be no air leakage, lack of oil or water shortage. The transformer and power distribution cabinet should be inspected once a day, and the faults should be eliminated in time. The electrical system inside the equipment should be inspected regularly, and the wiring inside the control cabinet should be neat and standardized.
