6. Solve the failure of stamping production in the production process and ensure the smooth completion of production tasks.
7. Understand the production plan, be responsible for timely debugging products according to the production plan, and be responsible for the quality of the commissioned products, and must comply with the drawings, technical requirements, technical procedures and inspection standards.
8. Do a good job in the inspection work, track the use and production of the mold, find problems in time, solve them in time, and guide the operators to mass production.
9. Responsible for the safety of employees during commissioning and maintenance, and responsible for the quality of equipment, molds and equipment.
10. Report the maintenance and repair situation in a timely and truthful manner, and do the original records of mold maintenance and spare parts consumption.
11. Strictly implement the system of spare parts collection and storage, and be responsible for the quantity and integrity of the mold spare parts and return, and properly and properly maintain and store the mold spare parts.
12. Actively carry out small reforms to improve the service life of molds and devices, improve product quality, and reduce waste caused by molds and devices.
13. Strictly abide by the “5S” management requirements, keep the site clean and hygienic, classify and arrange tooling and fixtures.

1. Mold management and control, mold use, maintenance, repair, production validation, declaration, supervision and execution;
2. Formulate and improve the injection mold process files and specific operating procedures;
3. Accurately grasp the problem of mold use and production quality in a timely manner, assist the production department to solve the mold problem in production, and ensure smooth production;
4. Develop mold and new mold plans and budgets, and ensure that they are completed on time;
5. Analyze and improve the mold structure and injection molding process, and constantly improve and improve the process flow and quality of plastic parts.

Chapter 3: Tool Maintenance Job Responsibilities

First, abide by the company's various rules and regulations, strictly implement equipment, mold repair, maintenance, operating procedures, earnestly perform their duties, and accept the supervision of the department head.
Second, cooperate with the technical department, establish and improve the mold file, formulate the corresponding daily maintenance plan and track the operation and use status.
Third, responsible for the repair, maintenance and installation of equipment and molds, to ensure their normal use, to ensure smooth production. The equipment adheres to the principle of maintenance-oriented and repair-oriented. It insists on the inspection system. The inspection of the molds installed on the machine and the machine is not less than 3 times per shift. The problems are promptly repaired and the corresponding work records are made. If it cannot be processed in time, the head of the reporting department.
4. After receiving the mold disassembly and assembly notice, it should be in place and work. For temporary assembly planning, you must be on call. The removed mold should be repaired and maintained in time for the next normal operation.
5. When installing the mold, carefully check the mold model on the plan sheet to prevent mis-assembly. After the mold is installed, it should be handed over to the commissioning personnel in time to cooperate with the commissioning personnel to deal with various problems that arise during the molding process.
6. When installing and repairing the machine, the maintenance warning sign should be hung to prevent accidents.
7. When the mold and its ancillary facilities are faulty during the production process, they must be on call and promptly repaired. For those who cannot be repaired in time or incapable, they should report to the department head in time to take corresponding measures.
8. The production site should be inspected frequently. If there are running, rushing, dripping or leaking of the material gun, ejector pin and various pipe network, it should be repaired in time.
9. The boilers, air compressor units and cooling water pumps shall be inspected daily, and there shall be no air leakage, lack of oil or water shortage. The transformer and power distribution cabinet should be inspected once a day, and the faults should be eliminated in time. The electrical system inside the equipment should be inspected regularly, and the wiring inside the control cabinet should be neat and standardized.
X. Cooperate with other departments of the company to complete other work that is temporarily confessed.
