The student community is an important place for college students to study, live and communicate, and is an important position for in-depth ideological and political education of college students. Since the school proposed the party building work into the undergraduate community in 2019, the influence of the party building work of our school has been significantly enhanced. In 2019, on the basis of the “Party Flag Pilot Project” activities, the Student Work Department will continue to promote party building work into the undergraduate community. Establish and improve a long-term mechanism

Each department should proceed from the actual situation of the community and the department to establish and improve the long-term mechanism for the work of community party building. According to the characteristics of the community and the specific situation of the resident student group, gradually improve the relevant work system, such as information feedback and early warning system, student party members contact the classmate system, etc., in order to pay close attention to the ideological trends of community students and solve practical problems in a timely manner.

Strengthen the daily management of student party members

1. Implement the student party member dormitory listing system to better strengthen the self-monitoring and management of student party members and mobilize their exemplary role in community life.

2. Vigorously strengthen the building of dormitory culture. Each department should actively organize the student party branch to carry out a variety of dormitory cultural activities, establish a group of outstanding student party members, and create a clean, beautiful and positive living environment for the community students.

3. Rely on the student community to improve the evaluation mechanism. Each department should, in light of its own situation, combine the "party flag in my heart" - the management evaluation activities of the student party branch and party members, rely on the community to continuously improve the evaluation mechanism of the student party branch and student party members, and improve the evaluation results and party members. And the results of the positive results are publicized in the community, and the supervision of the students is better accepted.

Strengthen the theoretical study of student party members

1. Establish a building room for party members. The conditional faculty has at least one public house in each building, which is specially used as a student party branch activity room or library, and regularly organizes theoretical study activities as a position for party building work of the faculty.

2. Open a theoretical column on party building theory. Each department can use the building propaganda column to open a theoretical column on party building theory, and publish the party's line policy and principles, the party's basic theoretical knowledge, and the learning experience of student party members to create a good theoretical learning atmosphere.

3. Taking advantage of the opportunity of “Party Enrollment for Student Dormitory”, combined with the “Proposal on Conducting In-depth Study of Party Newspapers and Periodicals Activities”, extensively carry out newspaper reading activities in the community, enhance theoretical study, and improve the theoretical knowledge of student party members.

Carry out student party members' practice activities

1. Carry out special party and day activities. In combination with "I add glory to the banner of the party" - the characteristic party day activities, each department can rely on the student community, the theme of "serving classmates", "serving the community", "building the community", and carrying out the characteristics of the party branch as the unit Party Day activities.

2. Carry out activities such as “one party member and one team” and “student party member responsibility field”. Each department should clarify the target responsibilities of the student party members and advocate their active service to the surrounding students. For the practical problems encountered by the students in study, employment, study, and going abroad, they can help and solve them in time.

3. Strengthen model education. Each department can set up a community service team for student party members, and set up a student party member demonstration post in each building. Each student party member can be required to participate in at least one job every month and include its performance in the evaluation results.
