4. Responsible for the cleaning and sanitation work in the public places of the student dormitory area, regularly supervise and inspect the indoor hygiene, and carry out the activities of creating spiritual civilization of the dormitory.

5. Do a good job in the equipment, management and maintenance of student dormitory furniture facilities.

6. Responsible for the management of the use of water and electricity in the student dormitory.

7. Care for the living of residential students, open up necessary service projects, and do a good job in service.

8. Actively take effective measures to improve the safety, security, fire prevention and theft prevention of student residences.

9. Strengthen the contact with various departments and institutes, do a good job in the assessment of students' performance in the dormitory, and timely deal with various problems occurring in the student dormitory.
