5. Do a good job in the equipment, management and maintenance of student dormitory furniture facilities.

6. Responsible for the management of the use of water and electricity in the student dormitory.

8. Actively take effective measures to improve the safety, security, fire prevention and theft prevention of student residences.

9. Strengthen the contact with various departments and institutes, do a good job in the assessment of students' performance in the dormitory, and timely deal with various problems occurring in the student dormitory.
