1. The members of the leadership team of the unit do not abide by the factory rules and regulations, and deduct 100 points for major violations.

2. The employees of the unit are not stable. If there is a collective over-the-counter petition, it will seriously violate the law and discipline, and deduct 100 points for the unit.

3. If the unit's grassroots construction fails to pass the inspection and acceptance of the “basic team at the standard”, 100 points will be deducted.
