3. Salary during sick leave. If the sick leave is within two months, the original salary will be paid. 7. The original wages will be paid during the rest of the medical care period.
Marriage leave, maternity leave, bereavement leave
1. Marriage leave employees get married and give leave for 7 days. If the marriage is postponed for more than 3 years according to the legal age, it is a late marriage, and the reward for late marriage is 15 days. The wages and benefits are unchanged during the wedding leave.
2. Maternity leave, late parental leave and other family planning leave, maternity leave and other family planning leave are carried out in accordance with the Plan and Childbearing Regulations.
3, the direct family members of the bereavement are dead, the leave is 7 days, other non-immediate relatives are allowed to leave for 3 days, and the wages and benefits are unchanged.

Fourth, on duty, overtime management method section, holiday duty

Working overtime on public holidays

Overtime is not allowed, and overtime pay is no longer reissued.
6. At the end of the month, the financial personnel should carefully review the attendance and the “overtime approval form”, and complete the formalities and pay the overtime pay according to the regulations.

Violation of labor discipline

The law is not properly justified for the completion of the work:

2. Completed one day without any reason, withholding all the wages during the period of completion and the bonus for the current month; for the unfinished completion of one day and five days or less, all the wages and half-year bonuses during the completion period will be deducted; if the work is completed for five days or more and fifteen days or less, the completion will be withdrawn.
