5. Strictly abide by the confidentiality system. Data and software must be kept by a special person. Without permission, it is not allowed to copy, download and borrow privately; it is strictly forbidden for anyone to use untested media. No one may misappropriate and borrow all kinds of equipment, materials and articles in the equipment room without permission.

6. Strictly control the personnel entering the engine room. Non-machine room personnel are not allowed to enter without permission. It is necessary for those who need to enter the engine room to fill in the registration form for the entry and exit of the external unit personnel. And under the guidance of the computer room administrator to carry out related operations. For those who violate the operating procedures, the engine room administrator has the right to stop and correct; if the consequences of not listening to the dissuasion are caused, the responsibility shall be investigated according to the circumstances.

7. The machine room should be kept clean, regularly disinfected and sterilized; ensure the safety and sanitation of the machine room; it is strictly forbidden to smoke, drink, eat, throw litter, loud noise and so on in the computer room.
8. It is forbidden to place flammable, explosive, corrosive and strong magnetic articles in the equipment room. The equipment room administrator must be anti-static, fireproof, moisture-proof, dust-proof, and heat-proof. It is forbidden to use the power supply in the equipment room for other purposes to ensure the safety of the equipment room.

9. The engine room administrator should always supervise and inspect the implementation of this system, and be responsible for the safety work of the computer room fire prevention and theft prevention.
