After six months of advanced education activities, the XX direct system has achieved remarkable results in strengthening party building, strengthening the party's concept, improving the quality of party members, and exerting the vanguard and exemplary role of party members. I am also very educated, and the main harvest will have three points:

1. Continuously deepen the understanding of advanced nature education activities and consciously invest in educational activities.

I have experienced an evolutionary process from the unconscious to the conscious. I started to understand the shortcomings and thought that the first-school activities were the work of the cadres. Our retired cadres only need to maintain good evenings. Retirement, retirement is to take a break and rest! I don’t care about the activities and attitudes that have nothing to do with the activities of the first education.

As the study progresses, the understanding continues to sublimate. The first visual impression I gave was that the party committee and the party committee attached great importance to this educational activity. For such an important event, there is no reason for any party member to not participate. The understanding of thoughts is solved, and the consciousness of learning is improved. After half a year of advanced education activities will come to an end, but strengthening party building, improving the quality of party members, and maintaining the advanced nature of party members are the long-term tasks and eternal issues of our party.

Regardless of their age, position, or position, each party member must not be incumbent in office. They must bear in mind the party’s purpose, fulfill the party members’ obligations, and play the leading role of party members. They must all be the practitioners of the "three represents," for the cause of the party. The people's interests are constantly dedicating!

Due to the age relationship, we have retired from the post, but the image of party members, the character of party members, and the advanced nature of party members cannot be retired. The vanguard and exemplary role of party members cannot be regressed. We should constantly strengthen the study of political theory, care about the party and the country, pay attention to the economic development of Chenzhou, pay attention to the "three rural", take advantage of our well-being, time, expertise and other things, do more things within our power, and dedicate to Society, dedication to the people! In the past two years, I have also done a few things: (1) to undertake the sequel of "XX Aquatic Records", which can be printed in the year; (2) Collecting and arranging information on XX fishery science and technology development since the founding of the People's Republic of China, and compiling the book "Fisheries Technology Research" Reflecting the development of XX fishery science and technology in the past half century; (3) I joined the XX Association of Senior Scientists and Technicians in June last year and was elected as the vice president.
