Chapter 1 General

Article 2 The incentives referred to in these Measures are to give certain political, economic and welfare benefits.

Article 3 Incentives adhere to the principles of openness, fairness and justice.

Article 4 Incentives adhere to the principle of equal emphasis on both spiritual and material incentives.

Chapter II Types and Conditions of Incentives

Article 5 The staff of this Council shall be given corresponding political treatment if they meet one of the following conditions:

Work conscientiously and pragmatically, actively demand progress, take the initiative to move closer to the party organization, and give priority to the development of joining the party;

Strong work ability, democratic style, certain organizational leadership ability, outstanding performance, public recognition, leadership recognition, with middle-level cadres at the rank of seniority, priority to serve as middle-level cadres;

The general civil servants who have outstanding work performance, high public evaluation, and have reached a certain working life, and passed the examination of the ranks of the staff, are given the rank of the staff;

Strong work ability, in charge of the work for three consecutive years in the city council or county bureau target assessment, and other significant contributions, meritorious or recommended award of honorary title, holding a typical deeds report or through radio, television, newspapers and other news The media will publicize the report;

If you are devoted to your duties, work actively, and have outstanding achievements, and you have served in the same position for a certain number of years, you can choose a job;

If the political quality is high, the work ability is strong, the style is democratic, the person is decent, the performance is outstanding, and the position is held in the middle-level cadre position, it is recommended to be a reserve-level cadre or a non-leadership position at the department level.

Article 6 If the staff of this bureau meets one of the following conditions, a certain bonus will be paid:

For three consecutive years, it is assessed as excellent and equal, and rewards 1,000 yuan;

The performance of the work is outstanding. If it is rated as advanced or awarded the honorary title by the bureau, the municipal bureau, the provincial bureau, the national bureau or the same level, it shall be rewarded according to the standards of 500 yuan, 1000 yuan, 2,000 yuan and 4,000 yuan respectively;

In the various competitions, article selection or business knowledge examinations at or above the county level, the results are excellent. In the evaluation activities at all levels, the first to enter the list, reward 400-2000 yuan;

Article 7 If one of the conditions listed in Article 6 is met, 10 points shall be added according to the percentage system in the written test of the competition or competition organized by the Bureau.

Article 8 If the staff of this bureau meets one of the following conditions, they shall be given corresponding benefits:

Serious and responsible work, proficient in business skills, outstanding performance, promising and plasticity, and public learning;

The work is pragmatic and conscientious, and the company is actively engaged in continuing education and has obtained a college education or above. The tuition fee is reimbursed according to a certain percentage;

High-quality completion of various objectives and tasks, in charge of a certain number of positions in the work, as well as commendation at the county level, arrangements for out-of-town visits or convalescence.

Chapter III Programs that implement incentives

Article 9 The implementation of incentives shall be determined by the study of the party group and shall be implemented periodically or irregularly.

Before implementing the incentives, the bureau group can decide to implement the incentives after determining the incentive targets through the public selection according to the types of incentives to be implemented, or directly determine the incentives to implement incentives.

Article 10 If the party group decides to directly implement the incentives, it may publicize it after making a decision, or it may not be publicized.

Article 11 If the public is selected and the incentives are implemented after the quota is determined, the scope, criteria, conditions and procedures of the selection shall be announced in a certain form before the incentives are implemented, and finally the incentives shall be implemented according to the results of the selection.

Article 12 The method of incentives may be applied singly or in combination.

Chapter IV Supplementary Provisions
