1. External business development:
Since the beginning of this year, we have seized the adjustment period of the entire group company's development business, extensively carried out the external construction business, and participated in the bidding of the project of the Chongqing Bianye Group's Bayuyuan b area; but because the other party's conditions are too bad, we have given up one. Project, now the company has included our company in the second-phase project candidate list;
The bidding registration, pre-qualification and pre-bid meeting of the low-rent housing construction project of the District Housing Authority is currently preparing the bidding files;
Bidding registration and process tracking of the second phase of Tianbao Experimental School;
Development of construction task links in the Kowloon Park;
Next is the tracking of the third phase of Longhu Crystal City.
2. Management of existing construction projects At present, there are not many construction projects of the company, mainly due to the completion and delivery of several projects last year, and the power building and company developed in the pedestrian street only 2-5, 2-6, and the pedestrian street in Longhu. In the three projects of Jiayu Hotel, the company insisted on the principle of “responsible for the owners and serving the project department”, and carried out supervision and management work. With the joint efforts of the company's leading team, the construction progressed well. At the same time, we fined more than 40,000 yuan for various violations such as municipal law enforcement and environmental law enforcement for the project department. The company also organized the construction management personnel and company personnel of the company's project department to visit and study at the Longhu site, collecting various management materials of the Longhu site, and gradually applying it to the company's project management.
3. Grasp the study and education, and encourage and work hard.
In order to improve the overall management of the company and to meet the Group's overall goal of establishing a corporate culture, we have organized a series of various forms of learning and publicity education so that all employees can face the reality while improving the theoretical level, and use dialectical materialism to seek truth from facts. Second, the existing problems and future efforts to review and examine their own problems, I think there are three main points.
