Inspector's work dereliction of duty review

Due to my dereliction of duty, the front and rear windshield seals were not inspected, causing defective products to flow into the warehouse. Oqc was found at the time of shipment, causing mass rework and seriously delaying the delivery time. I deeply realized the dereliction of duty. Serious consequences are:

1 Lead to the next process and check for a stop line.

2 Wasted a lot of people and time to reverse work.

3 caused a serious waste of materials.

I am deeply blamed for the results of this incident. I am willing to accept the punishment and teaching of the superiors and decide to use this as a warning. In the future work, I will seriously perform my own duties. Make sure there are no such incidents in the future. To this end, I will do the following:

1 Supervise whether the employees on the production line use normal operation methods to break the appearance of defective products at the source.

2 Strict inspection of the products produced in accordance with the inspection specifications. Once the defective product is found, it will be reflected to the relevant personnel in the first time, and further tracking and processing will be carried out.

3 Make relevant records while testing the products in the production process.
