Housing safety self-examination report
According to the requirements of the “Notice on Carrying out Housing Safety Inspection” by the group company and the coal-fired power company, the leadership team of our unit attaches great importance to it and immediately takes action to set up a special leadership inspection team to carefully check all the houses of the ambulance team and implement them one by one. The hidden dangers identified in the row are promptly rectified to ensure the safety of the houses and employees' lives and property during the rainy season.
Since the house in my unit is very old and the rainy season is prone to insecurity, in the self-examination, I insisted on the "four members and one station" to check the hidden dangers of the work, carefully organize the investigation and implementation, and investigated 13 safety hazards. 10 leaks are serious, and there are water seepage in individual places in conference rooms, warehouses and offices!
The main reason for the rain is that the house is a long time and belongs to the shed house. The roof rubble has been weathered and the underlying felt has been corroded.
The rectification measures are based on the current situation of the units of our unit and are based on the notification requirements. For the 13 hidden dangers investigated, all the rectifications were carried out before the arrival of the rainy season. The measures are as follows:
First, the leadership team attached great importance to it, organized logistics personnel to carry out house repairs, and paid close attention to the repaired houses.
Second, adhere to the "four members and one station" to investigate problems, the work guidelines for the exclusion of hidden dangers, leading cadres to divide the area of responsibility, investigate the hidden dangers of accidents, unsafe factors, responsibility to people, and carry out rectification.
Third, adhere to the rainy season to check the hidden "daily newspaper system." Every day, we must conduct a careful inspection report and fill out the self-examination report and the corrective action form. The leader who receives the report must handle it in time.
Fourth, conscientiously coordinate the relevant departments at the higher levels, and rebuild and renovate the dormitories, conference rooms, and leading offices of our units as soon as possible so that the employees of our unit can work on duty in safe, clean, and bright conditions.
