Regarding Party B’s purchase of Fangfang, the two parties reached an agreement through consultations as follows:

6. Liability for breach of contract
1. If Party A defaults and refuses to sell the house to Party B, Party B shall compensate Party B for the losses suffered thereby.
2. If Party B defaults, if the loan application is approved and no purchase is made to Party A, Party A shall compensate Party A for the losses suffered.
7. The establishment, performance, contact, alteration and resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
8. This Agreement shall enter into force on the date of signature or seal by both parties.

Article 4 Delivery of the house:

Article 5: Party B's liability for breach of contract:
