Article 5 Party A’s obligations

2. If Party A applies for a bank mortgage loan, it shall promptly provide Party B with the information required for the loan.

4. Party B shall notify Party A to sign the house sale and purchase contract. Party A shall sign the place to the designated place within three working days from the date of receipt of the notice, and the property rights of the house shall be changed.

Article 6 Obligation of Party B

1. Party B ensures that the agency matters are true and lawful.

2. Ensure that the seller transfers the goods on time and in accordance with the provisions of this contract.

3. Do not violate the relevant provisions of national laws and regulations, or maliciously collude with others, and damage the interests of Party A.

4. If you need to change to Party A's agency services, requirements and standards, you must agree with Party A.

Article 7 Other matters agreed

2. During the performance of this contract, the supplementary agreements and other written files signed by Party A and Party B for the performance of this contract are an integral part of this Agreement and have the same legal effect.

Article 8 Liability for breach of contract

1. During the performance of this contract, Party A and Party B shall not be subject to change of ownership due to force majeure, national laws, regulations, policies, etc., and neither party shall be liable for breach of contract.

2. During the performance of this contract, if one of the provisions of Articles 5 and 6 of this contract is violated, the liquidated damages of 5% of the agreed sale price of the other party shall be paid as compensation.

Article 9: Solutions to contract disputes

Chapter 1 Entrusted matters

Chapter III Fees and Payments

Chapter V Default Clauses

Article 8: If either party violates its obligations under this Agreement, the defaulting party shall immediately terminate its breach of contract on the date of receipt of the written notice of the other party requesting the correction of its breach of contract, and shall compensate the observant party within _____ days. If the defaulting party continues to breach the contract or fails to perform its obligations, the observant party shall be entitled to unilaterally terminate this agreement in addition to the compensation of the defaulting party for all its losses.

Article 11 The upfront fees charged by Party B for the unilateral termination of this Agreement due to the provisions of Article 6 of this Agreement shall not be refunded.

Article 12 If Party A fails to pay the commission to Party B within the prescribed time, Party A shall pay Party B a late fee of ____‰ for each day of overdue.

Chapter VI Dispute Resolution
