7. Alteration and dissolution of the agreement:

5. When the customer complains or withdraws the food due to the quality problems of the kitchen produced by Party B, this loss shall be borne by Party B.
6. Party B shall do a good job in food hygiene. If the food poisoning of the guest is caused by the management problem of Party B or is punished by the epidemic prevention department, this loss shall be borne by Party B; if Party B's kitchen fire is caused by Party B's management problems, this responsibility and loss shall be borne by Party B; Party B must strictly abide by the safe operating procedures to ensure safe production. If it is caused by illegal operation, not only will not reimburse any expenses, but Party B will also be held accountable.
7. Party B personnel shall abide by Party A's management system. If Party B's personnel seriously dereliction of duty, malpractice for business, cause major damage to the hotel's interests or cause serious damage to the hotel due to labor discipline, Party A has the right to demand compensation from Party B and investigate according to law. legal liability.
8. After Party B's personnel are employed by Party A, they are not allowed to work part-time.
9. Party B shall pay the uniform and work deposit of RMB yuan. When the contract expires, Party B shall return the deposit with the salary after completing the resignation formalities.
10. If both parties suspend this Agreement, Party B must resign after finding a chef in Party A, otherwise all consequences will be at their own risk.
