Article 9 If Party B violates the practice discipline and the site safety protection system, Party B's instructor may correct it with education.

Third, the subsidy during the internship

Article 10 During the internship period, Party B shall pay Party B's internship subsidy, and Party A and Party B shall decide on an equal basis.

Fourth, the change and release of the contract

Article 15 If Party B has one of the following circumstances, Party A may immediately terminate this Agreement:

12.2 Party B does not follow the instructions of the instructor;

V. Dispute resolution of this contract

6. The contract is terminated, changed, terminated

8. During the internship period, Party A shall provide the necessary labor safety equipment for the internship students of Party B. Party B students shall abide by the labor safety and health regulations and operating procedures. If Party B’s interns are in violation of the regulations, they shall be safe and healthy. Party A does not assume responsibility for the injury.

9. In any of the following circumstances, Party B may at any time notify Party A to terminate the agreement:

1. Party A forces Party B's intern to work by means of violence, threats, imprisonment or illegal restrictions on personal freedom;

2. Party A shall not pay Party B's internship allowance in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.

10. During the internship period, if the intern needs to return to the school to take the necessary examinations, Party B must negotiate with Party A one week in advance, and Party B shall arrange for the return to the school in a unified manner. The intern shall not leave without permission.

XI. This Agreement is made in two copies, each party shall hold one copy, and the matters not covered in the agreement shall be settled through negotiation between the two parties.
