3. If Party A illegally intervenes in the use rights of Party B and arbitrarily changes or cancels the contract and causes losses to Party B, the penalty for breach of contract shall be punishable by the transfer fee of the contract plus 50 times of the funds invested by Party B.

4. If Party Village or Villager Group collects any fees on the land, Party A shall pay the amount from the transfer.

V. Other agreed matters

This contract is in six copies, one for Party A, three for Party B, one for each of the xx Natural Village Groups, and one for the xx Village Village Committee.

6. This contract shall become effective on the date of signature or seal of both Party A and Party B.

2. The above payment can be made by transfer or cash. If Party B fails to pay more than one month, Party A has the right to terminate the contract and ask Party B to compensate Party A for liquidated damages. The liquidated damages are 10% of the total price of the plant and land. If Party A cannot handle the land or property certificate, or mortgage the land or factory to any third party, the contract for sale will be invalid. Party A will refund all the purchase price of Party B unconditionally and in full, and will be 10% of the total price of the plant and land. Pay to Party B as a penalty.

Fourth, other regulations:

1. Party A shall assist Party B in handling the transfer of property rights after handling the property right certificate, and Party B shall be responsible for payment of all expenses deed tax and work cost incurred during the handling.

2. The property rights purchased by Party B can be freely transferred or leased to other parties, but the management party must be notified. The transferee or lessee company can register the business with the address of the factory.

3. The land in the plant is leased and leased to the Party B according to the existing facilities. Without the consent of the relevant departments, the sheds and houses shall not be built without authorization. Party A shall assist Party B in handling the simple shed procedures for building secrets.

4. The houses purchased by Party B shall not be dismantled, and high-pollution projects shall not be held in them.

5. Party B must observe the law and abide by the law in the production, operation or life of the purchased house, abide by the management system, pay taxes according to the regulations, and pay the prescribed fees according to it.

6. The power used by Party B and the increased capacity of water shall be submitted by Party B, and Party A shall assist in the processing. The cost of capacity expansion shall be paid by Party B to the relevant departments in accordance with regulations.

7. The matters not covered in this contract shall be supplemented and determined by both parties through consultation, and shall have the same legal effect as this contract.

8. After Party A completes the whole process of selling the house, Party B has the right to control and use the factory. Party A has no right to interfere.

9. The warranty period of the factory is valid for one year after delivery.
