Second, service delivery

V. Customer obligations

When the customer submits a service application to ______, the customer should fill in and sign the relevant service order. Customer warrants that all necessary licenses and authorizations to use the Services described in this Agreement are obtained, including but not limited to, the use of Customer Equipment and Customer Systems. 6. Service validity period

Unless otherwise agreed by the parties, the minimum period of co-hosting of this contract is 12 months, and the minimum period of service for the whole machine is one month, starting from the date of service opening until the twelfth month. End.

The provisions of this clause do not apply to value-added services, professional services or other services agreed upon by the parties. The service period of value-added services and professional services shall be implemented as otherwise agreed by both parties.

Seven, service fees and payment methods

The service fee item, amount and payment method are determined in the Data Center Technical Service Order.

Eight, compensation policy

X. Contract termination

XIV. Default

15. Supplementary Provisions
