Rural subsistence allowance

For those residents who have the agricultural hukou of the city, the annual per capita income of the family members living together is lower than the rural minimum living standard of the city, and they can apply for the minimum living allowance for rural residents.

The minimum living allowance for rural residents is generally based on individual applications, village committee evaluation, review, publicity, town street review, and civil administration approval procedures.
Apply for the minimum living security for rural residents, and the head of the household shall submit the written form to the village committee where the household registration is located, and provide necessary materials such as family member's household registration and income certificate;
The village committee investigates, evaluates, and publicizes the families applying for rural subsistence allowances, and reports to the towns that meet the conditions of rural subsistence allowances;
The town will review the rural minimum living materials and report to the civil affairs bureau in accordance with the conditions.
The Civil Affairs Bureau will review the rural low-income materials and submit them for approval.

5. Household registration book and resident ID card;
6. Single-parent families are required to provide proof of support, and elderly people living alone need to provide child support and income;
7. The object of special care needs to provide proof materials that can confirm its identity;
8. Persons with disabilities are required to provide a disability certificate;
9. Five guarantees are required to provide five guarantees;
10. If the only child girl or the only child who has died and has not adopted a child, the family shall provide proof of the population of the town where the household is located and the family planning department;
11. If family members enjoy the minimum living guarantee for urban residents, they shall provide proof of the minimum living allowance for urban residents;
12. Foreign workers should provide relevant income certificates. If the relevant income certificate is not provided, it shall be calculated based on the average annual per capita income of the labor force of the village.

The Jimo City standard is: 1,500 yuan / year / person.
