According to the "Emergency Response Law of the People's Republic of China" and the requirements of the relevant departments, this plan will be drawn up based on the actual situation of the hotel.

1. Security: robbery, kidnapping, fighting, murder, natural death, falling buildings, terrorist activities;

3. Natural disasters: floods, lightning strikes, storms, earthquakes;

1. Emergency measures for robbery cases:
When a robbery case occurs in a hotel, such as a robber holding a weapon, the staff at the scene should avoid confrontation with the gangsters, keep calm, and observe the characteristics of the gangster's appearance, body shape, clothing, hairstyle and accent. Never act rashly to avoid unnecessary casualties. If the monitoring center finds a robbery in the hotel, it should immediately inform the department manager or the chief duty officer and notify the 110 according to the instructions;

If the robbers flee from the scene, they should record their license plate number, color, car or brand, and record the number. At the same time, taxis or other vehicles can be used to track and use the communication tool to report the location and location to 110, so that the police can organize the power to intercept the card. Pay attention to concealment during the tracking process to ensure your own safety;

Protect the scene. Do not touch the weapons and crime tools left by the robbers, and draw a warning range. Do not let unrelated persons enter the scene;

If the site does not leave the evidence left by the robbers in the main roads, public places, etc., they should be packed one by one and packed in plastic bags and marked with marks to the police.

Cooperate with public security organs to visit witnesses and collect information on robberies. At the same time, the relevant personnel should not leave until the public security personnel have not investigated the site or have not processed it;

The person present may not disclose any information to the press or unrelated persons, and is not allowed to take photographs;
If there is any injured, they should be sent to the hospital immediately for treatment and reported to the public security organs. 2. Emergency measures for kidnapping hostage cases:
When a hostage abduction case occurs in the hotel, the service personnel should immediately report it to the department manager, the chief duty officer and the security department;

After receiving the report, the emergency response team shall call the police at the first time;

Before the police arrive, the message should be blocked. It is strictly forbidden to disclose the situation to unrelated personnel, so as to avoid causing the guests to panic and the public to watch, causing robbers to take risks and endangering the safety of the hostages;

Try to meet some reasonable requirements of robbers, such as sending water and delivering food to stabilize the feelings of robbers;

Security and engineering personnel are on standby near the scene to coordinate with the actions of public security personnel and to set a warning range. At the same time, evacuate the guests in the room above and below the room where the robbers are located to prevent the robbers from exploding dangerous goods;

Timely collection and preparation of room check-in, surveillance video, engineering drawings and other information will be provided to the police.
3. Emergency measures for fighting cases:
When there is a fight in the hotel, it should immediately stop dissuasion and disperse the crowd;

If the two sides do not listen to the situation, the situation continues to develop, and the scene has an uncontrollable trend, it should promptly report to the public security organs and notify the relevant departments of the hotel. Security guards should be on the spot to prevent the situation from expanding;

If the hotel items are damaged, the defenders should be intercepted and demand compensation. If there is any injury, give it to the police for emergency treatment. The site shall remain in its original condition for police investigation and assist the police in identifying the troublemakers;

If the squatter flees by car, the characteristics of the license plate number, color, model and number of people should be recorded and handed over to the police;

4. Emergency measures for murder, natural death, and falling-up cases:

When a homicide occurs in the hotel, the service personnel should immediately report to the general manager, department manager, chief duty officer and security department;

The receiving personnel shall call the police immediately and immediately set up an emergency disposal team. The emergency response team shall effectively assist the police in carrying out the work and clean up the site in the shortest time;

5. Emergency measures for terrorist activities:

Terrorist activities mainly include explosive suspicious objects and explosive intimidation;

2 The security department shall immediately investigate the site after receiving the report, but shall not easily touch the suspicious object. 3 The Ministry of Security asks the switchboard to notify the members of the emergency response team to go to the store to assist the police in their work;

4 The monitoring center searches for suspects by surveillance video according to the shape of suspicious objects, and collects relevant information for handling by the police;

5 The security department and the office cooperate with the police to handle the aftermath.

1 When the hotel receives an explosion threatening phone call, the answering personnel should try to get as much caller information as possible and record during the answering process;

2 After the call is disconnected, the answering personnel must immediately report to the department manager, general manager and security department, and must not distribute any information to the outside;
